    @cogeco CALL COGECO AT 830 PM ET ON HOLD FOREVER, THE AGENT COMES ON AND SAYS THE OTHER DEPT DIDNT EXECUTE THE WORK ORDER PROPERLY SO I NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM TO GET MY SERVICE UP, SO HE TRANSFERS ME, ITS 921 IM STILL ON HOLD, DID THEY GO HOME AT 9PM ?40MINUTES ON HOLD.. NO TV

    @cogecohelps 3 booked appointments for a fiber line drop , 3 weeks no service ! No clear answers as to when , so very typical for cogeco

    @cogeco @cogecohelps we had wifi issues yesterday so they installed a new router and this one still doesnt work!!!!!

    @cogeco is on their game. Just received an email that because I'm a loyal longtime customer I will continue to receive my discount that I normally have to call and spend 30 minutes every year getting. Impressed, thanks Cogeco...good work.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco even after getting a new router and calling tech support multiple times, the wifi still isnt working.. wow.. how can we do school and work remotely now. unacceptable

    @TekSavvyCSR the internet has been so spotty lately. Cogeco lines in our area were down for 3 hours this weekend and again we are down. Very frustrated with the service lately N9Y 4B4. Speeds widely fluctuating too. I won’t bother following up with DMs since they do nothing

    @cogeco I have had internet approximately 1 month and it is garbage. I left a company using your lines and could stream and run 3 other devices no problem. Now i can't run 1 alone on your 1G plan and am locked into a 2 year contract. How do i cancel this bullshit? Absolutely terrible

    @cogecohelps had a power outage that ended 25 min ago. Got a text from Cogeco saying power outage ended and to unplug modem for 3 seconds and plug back in. Did that 10 minutes ago and still no internet. What are my options for next steps?
