  Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

  From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @cogeco You sent me a final bill as our service is done, my father in law passed away, for $0.49.....50 cents. You really are going make me incur a etransfer charge with my bank for $0.49 cents? Seriously? No, are you really serious?

  @MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

  @cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
