@Carminevittori5 @cogeco I’ve been using cogeco for a couple years now. And literally the wifi drops all the time. It’s becomes very slow at times. I didn’t have a problem with bell at all. I switched to cogeco because it’s cheaper. And I regret it.

@meow173 @cogeco @Niagara_411 Agreed the outage is bound to happen but the root problem needs to be fixed, I mean things are only going to get more digital from here on out, and we’re what almost a year into the pandemic now, cogeco needs to invest in / update their infrastructure for sure.

Cogeco is down province wide! I wonder if online school has something to do with it. Students are using their data to email me in a complete panic and my response has been, “It’s okay. For now, take a walk outside and when your internet is back, I’ll work to catch you up.”

  • TheLaurynShow TheLaurynShow (@TheLaurynShow) reported

@niagaracatholic @cogeco I'm in Burlington, and I can't even call customer service. Have tried 3 Support numbers and they all say "out of service", nor can I access the Cogeco page. Soooo, yeah, it's a few other places!

  • __maciej__ Maciej Makowski (@__maciej__) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco the amount of outages recently has been frustrating, but what is completely unacceptable is that you have customers tweet about outages first. Things break, understood. But you need to be the ones informing us about your service interruptions not vice-versa
