Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

CARTY CARTY (@deliaflower1) reported@cogeco Awful that we're all affected by these Vandals

CARTY CARTY (@deliaflower1) reported@cogecohelps Very disappointing in love Cogeco service..

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

Bradsports (@Bradsports2) reported@cogeco are you experiencing problems in the Colborne ON area the last several days - ???- thx

LynRandom1965🇨🇦 (@LynRandom1965) reported@MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

OneShot Scott🇨🇦 (@Scootietang) reportedThese @cogeco people don't give up. Even if your walking away from them at the mall they will still yell their pitch at you. If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

CARTY CARTY (@deliaflower1) reported@thisisgrazie @cogeco @Bell I would call "Loyalty", dept and discuss it They're great. It's also handy to make a note for a month before your 2 year deal ends to remind you to renew another deal on time Just a tip from another customer.

Shan Kumar 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 (@rraj2k12) reported@cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?
