And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

Charles (@lloyder1971) reported@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves
