    @cogeco My cogeco internet service is down again. Please work harder on ensuring reliability. We pay $140/month for unreliable service.

    @cogeco Your phone lines are closed, Issue has been going on for hours and you are just acknowledging this, your support is non-existent and an insult to paying customers, the worse service provider in Canada.

    @cogeco Guys, it’s getting to be too much. I am very close to make a decision to switch a more reliable service provider. Also, why do we have to pay in full for a service that is so unreliable?
