    Cogeco admitted today their new cell service is problematic and glitchy as they work out the links.I had to make an emergency call today and I couldn’t complete it,and I was stranded somewhere because of it but they won’t credit me the whole 30 bucks for the month. Seriously?😒

    @zubic_eth @cogeco @Starlink i wouldve switched months ago honestly first outage that lasted more than a few hours is the tipping point

    @cogecohelps Wish I could tell you Sandra but as Cogeco has not still got the issue of Motorola compatibility sorted... I'm on the outside looking in!

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco better have service running for the game. Its been 15 hrs! Although storm is out of their hands, 2 minutes on hold to find out my postal code area still has outage is an unnecessary time grab. Add this to the other 364 days the service sucks. @CRTCeng

    @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng
