    @cogecohelps @benmcdermott4 Gosh, you're knowledgeable. Now explain why your cheap converters get confused and hang. Can't change the station. Can't even change the volume. That's cogeco cable.

    @cogeco how can you charge money for a service you can’t provide? The internet hasn’t worked all weekend and your techs are completely useless. Can you send me the number for a real internet provider please

    @cogeco Would be nice to watch, if only my cogeco internet wasn’t complete garbage and actually worked. Looking into changing providers asap since your techs are useless and your internet is even worse

    @cogeco How about you4 seevices actually work for once, i have no internet, tried calling went through all the dumbass prompts twice to get hung up on. Ive had it with yiur **** service

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps we’ve spent the last few months dealing with internet issues. Just this weekend we’ve had nonstop issues & have had to reset the modem multiple times & are still dealing with issues. We work from home & have had no credit and no lasting help. What next?

    @cogeco Seems to be still down in Windsor. I had my wife try to restart modem and router and it's red.

    @cogeco So i made a payment yesterday like i was asked to do to avoid a suspension and it was still suspended. Ive had it with your company, can never talk to a hunan whwn you call and your app is garbage. I will be moving my service

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Also no support by email, and no chat logs unless you are a subscriber?!?! WTF is that? Complete trash. You have sales people here weekly trying to get us to switch back and this is just making me more adamant that I never want to give you a penny ever again.
