  • JennBonBon JennLBM (@JennBonBon) reported

@FinneganBC @cogeco I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to have @cogeco blame Burlington Hydro. A generator could probably solve the issue and not piss off thousands of their customers but what do I know...

  • TheeWhoKnocks Heisenberg (@TheeWhoKnocks) reported

@cogeco Can't watch a movie ...I have no freaking internet or cable ...horrible service!

  • wiredwoman Jeannine Taylor (@wiredwoman) reported

Just got a power ETA for east city of Wednesday night 11 pm. Glad we have the baby generator but waiting for Cogeco or Bell service. #ptbo

  • Voidmysticfalls violet (@Voidmysticfalls) reported

@KiloAlpha11 @cogeco I’m near George street and it’s still out the estimated resolution time keeps going up by an hour

  • kmactav 𝒌evin 𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒂𝒗ish (@kmactav) reported

I couldn't resist. Checked @cogeco again at 8:31 am. It says the outage will be resolved at 9:31 am. It's good to know they are making progress.

  • elicw10 Eli C-W (@elicw10) reported

@cogecohelps @KiloAlpha11 I mean sure, but since a couple other ISPs are fine, and 40-65% of the city has power - fair to ask why Rogers doesn't have to wait on an update from (a non-existant) entity called Peterborough Hydro, but Cogeco does, no? Still, not mad. If you said the wires were down, all gucci

  • intoxautistic Court Bayes (@intoxautistic) reported

So much for getting service back by 10:30 pm last night #cogeco we still don't have any and my data is barely working so I'll be lucky if this even posts

  • deanorthey Dale Northey (@deanorthey) reported

@cogecohelps Power is slowly returning around Peterborough but still no service. Is the power out at the @cogeco plant/servers?

  • elkehckngbttm Elke Hickingbottom (@elkehckngbttm) reported

@cogecohelps That link is useless. It is on an automatic time update. If it were accurate I would have had my service back yesterday! @cogeco

  • InstantGrudge Dennis Forbes 🇨🇦 (@InstantGrudge) reported

@cogeco Why does your outage tool keep marking it as resolved, then adding a “new” outage. This is classic metric manipulation.
