What kind of business puts something like onto the customer. The company should be proactive about this consider you can see everyone who's affected. I'll be switching companies in Feburary.

My call got cut off just when I was explaining my situation to Richard the Supervisor. They have my acct. info & yet does not give me a call back to resolve my issue
