Why Rogers? Paid for internet through the winter so when I spend a few days at my cottage I'll be able to have a "work vacation". Got up there,no internet,spent 3 days on the phone, told some firmware problem.Months paying for internet but no internet.Go with Cogeco @RogersHelps

I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

@cogecohelps Hi Sandra. I’m having trouble setting up email on an iPad. I’ve tried a lot of things and read many help pages. I’ve just discovered I cannot change the account password on your site which makes me think it’s a problem on Cogeco’s side. Please advise.
