    According to the latest update, Cogeco may have resolved the disruption to its Internet services. Service/intermittent service has been restored. If you are a Cogeco subscriber who experienced an outage, try logging back into your Google Classrooms.

    @cogeco ...And to save everyone the hassle of chasing a refund you are going to automatically apply a credit with a little compensation to help offset the inconvenience for all effected?? No? I didn’t think so! I think a swap of provider is in order.

    @cogeco Same in Gravenhurst. Kicked back on, went back out again. Tried restarting and didn’t work. Outage again.

    @Outnumbered5_1 @cogeco These things happen, and can happen to literally any isp. This is the first major outage in years. At least to my knowledge. No one will refund you for a few hours of outage, unless you want to call and complain.

    @cogecohelps Since the issue this morning with loosing internet connectivity, my Wi-Fi modem that I rent from Cogeco has lost its network settings and now I can not access my Wi-Fi, the default password on the bottom of the unit does not work. How do I get my Wi-Fi back?
