@RachelVeres It’s a dns problem you are on cogeco lines but a different dns address is my guess.

@cogecohelps for those who can try switching your DNS servers on your router to Google’s servers (8.8.8.8 for example). This resolved the problem for me. Seems like Cogeco dns servers aren’t reachable.

@cogeco was able to work around the outage by changing my DNS to Googles using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I think the Cogeco DNS is down.

Nothing makes applying again for ei/crb online more of traumatic experience than having to deal with cogeco having an outage at the same time

@Carminevittori5 @cogeco penalized, it's been almost a year into this c rap and they know it, Gov announced online learning was coming and they can't provide service to their customers? Give me a break and stop making excuses for this company, this is unacceptable.
