    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

    @cogecohelps Hi, Sandra! The other member is in east Hamilton and had no Cogeco service since yesterday around noon. There was an issue in finding restoration of service time or cause of disruption with your app. @JTkksmom

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.     @cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!
