    @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

    @cogecohelps Nice of you to say—I guess. But HOW can you help me? Might get a callback in two business days? That's amateur hour and totally unacceptable. Doesn't Cogeco want my money?

    Got my @cogeco Internet bill and it went from $86.97/mth to $150.76/mth. Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! Maybe send me a new offer BEFORE jacking the rate?
