    Ok @cogeco let’s figure it out. I deleted my tweet from last night since I mean I guess at 10pm an outage is excusable if maintenance is required. But at 2:40 on a Wednesday afternoon, this is infuriating. Fix the issues.

    @cogecohelps I’ve spoken to Cogeco. After several tech visits with no fix, I’m offered another visit but not before Saturday evening. You’re done. (And I’m sorry you’re in this position as frontline staff having to defend an incompetent company).

    @cogeco I called Sunday to get some tech support and I choose the "call back" option. Its been three days, how long does it normally take? How long should I wait before I call @Bell ?

    @cogeco get your **** together. If you're going to provide lower quality service I expect to pay lower prices. Ridiculous I'm paying $120 and goes down constantly. With so many competitors I'm surprised you're confident in your services running poorly.

    @cogeco the internet disconnected out of nowhere 3 or 4 times this month. I'm paying $120 per month and I expect a flawless service. What can we do about this? Otherwise, I might just need to change providers.
