  @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

  Signed up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
