  @cogeco Looks like the outage is a DNS server problem. Easy band-aid is to hop on Google's DNS while this gets resolved.

  @cogecohelps @HeatherTuba I think this is more than "an issue". This sounds to be a major outage. Can't even access the Cogeco website.

  @cogeco As a temporary fix, hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end.
