    @cogecohelps Our @Cogeco Business internet service in Huntsville is seeing 10-15% packet loss. Called support and they say someone will be out in 5 business days!!? Is 5 day response times really your standard for business customers?

    @glendalloyd16 @cogeco @ptbochamber Matt Wickham your service is unreliable and overly expensive for what’s actually delivered. I’ll be switching back to fine as soon as my contract with your company is up. I’d focus more on that than sending out videos about what you’ve done to improve when you’re actually worse.

    @cogecohelps 5 years and fixed nothing dispite several times.i would not trust cogeco for anything absolute @#$% service an treated like my paying my bill every month is worth nothing 217 a month for internet, and no cable has ever worked in 5 years.only thing that is good is the phone rings

    @cogeco The Epico service is absolutely garbage I've had to reset the box 23 times.23.Its lags,it thinks about more, then freezes No buttons on the box or the remote then work. It is to quality as the maple leafs are to stanley cup wins. 23 times in 10 days. You can do the maths

    @cogeco #Cogeco once again no notification of outages sent to my phone. Still have to wait 30 min on the phone to notify you of the outage instead of just going to page on my phone. When will you take customer service seriously?

    @cogeco on demand keeps cutting out. Pay big bucks for this, shouldn’t have to phone customer service. Annoyed.
