    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?

    @GregGilhooly @cogeco Cogeco was aweful 20+ years ago when I was at Fleming. Hope you get your issue dealt with

    @cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.

    @ClunekMarika @Rogers @RogersHelps Unfortunately we don't have Cogeco available in our area. Damn monopoly.

    Cogeco admitted today their new cell service is problematic and glitchy as they work out the links.I had to make an emergency call today and I couldn’t complete it,and I was stranded somewhere because of it but they won’t credit me the whole 30 bucks for the month. Seriously?πŸ˜’

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.
