@cogeco @cogecohelps Hmmm. That’s not an answer or a solution. Almost all computers in house or MacBooks, iPhones and iPads. How can you even recommend that. What’s the solution.

@cogecohelps Hi Cogeco, all three of our services just went down in West Hamilton/Dundas area. It's been about 20 minutes now though I heard this area was having issues earlier in the day too?

@cogeco do any of your employees know how to deal with your equipment that doesn't work. TIVO #4 its dying a slow death, your solution is wait hours maybe days and then take more of our own time to find a solution for you. You should stand behind your service and products. #fraud

cogeco service is awful i got there phone service on may 10 2021 and my phone isn’t working i have talked to several people who have no idea what there doing it went from an hour to a few and it was suppose to be midnight 🤬

@cogeco @cogecohelps Renter here. Experiencing intermittent drops in wireless. It connects. Then stops and drops the network entirely. New modem and “gig unlimited” your support told us to use AVG antivirus to “protect the rest of the network and users nearby”

So @Bell @cogeco (and I assume @Rogers) all charge customers for a receiver, but you can't use their TB service without the receiver. 🤔 Meanwhile, to watch any of the streaming services like Netflix or Disney, I don't any additional receiver.
