    @cogeco Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount of of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers with give one month free for the inconvenience. You give 2 bucks.

    @cogeco Cogeco you are yo provide us customers with Service that we pay for. The Service in Windsor Ontario has be down 3 TIMES in the last 4 weeks. You have a serious problem protecting your customers for the services that we pay for. PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

    @Mikemmarchand @cogecohelps @cogeco Yeah and after you finely reach cogeco customer Service for a credit they give you a LOUSY $2.00. Shameful and totally disrespectful to say the least. NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. They dont care about their customers

    @ComputerWhiz_ @cogeco customers PREPAY for the service, when the service goes down it means ive prepaid for a service i did not receive.

    @cogeco No Services on Chappell, was Cogeco did texted to inform me the outage is no longer in effect

    @cogeco There are customers at the condo building on Riverside Dr. W just past Crawford that still have no services. Haven't seen a single return of service today even during that brief period we receives texts that the problem was resolved. Thanks for your work, but frustrating.

    @cogeco Mine says resolved at 5:22, text received from Cogeco confirming it is resolved at 5:55. Now it is showing a new outage for my postal code ETR 9:18
