    @zubic_eth @cogeco @Starlink Yeah they’re all a problem. In my hood it’s cogeco or bell. I dont know much about starlink but might look into it for my dad. He’s stuck with execulink which is just another reseller.

    Cogeco went down, others are over loaded as people grab hotspots. Or so someone posted on here.

    @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    @MIHomeYGK Thanks for the posting. I have been trying to contact Cogeco for 1 hour trying to get info but line is always busy. Any idea how long outage?

    I don’t usually go on here to promote products but if you ever want internet that works sometimes and is out at least once a week then @cogeco is your guy I give them 6/7 stars, which is totally fair as their service only works 6/7 days

    @cogeco You know what else nobody likes? Every customer service agent at your company to be Indian, without exception. We want people who can speak English.
