    @xassassinsswef @cogeco It must be pretty bad, none of their websites are working either. Read somewhere a fiber cable has been cut but not sure if that's true.

    @cogecohelps Absolutely no help in dm either. Phone disconnected after an hour of waiting for customer service. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs

    @Lexi58746074319 @cogecohelps @cogeco Yeah **** happens, I get that, you can’t even get on their site to get any info and they don’t go out of their way to give you any information. It seems to be happening a lot!

    @cogecohelps I can't access my cable or my internet - can't even access the Cogeco site itself right now to check for outages. (Postal code is P1B 9L6) Can you help?
