    @cogeco I've used your service for 6 years and I'm calling another provider today. Not only has this happened twice now, but your customer service line isn't even working. Unprofessional.

    Just called @cogeco to report that our internet service is down for the 2nd time this week and I was disconnected. Twice! Amazingly bad customer service!!

    @cogecohelps Cogeco can't resolve anything. Back down again today. I expect this to happen every day now. If this was not the only service available in my complex I would not hesitate to switch. What is the 'solution', twitter says Cogeco is out for thousands yet again. No surprise there.

    @OuzoFC @cogeco Unfortunately it's different for every device. On Windows it's pretty awful: Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Connections -> (your active connection) -> Properties -> I.P.V.4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties -> Use following DNS Server Address -> 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
