Torontonian (@YYZ2YGK) reported@cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

When I need help, I need to talk to live pearson. And when I choose that option, I hear: Thank you for calling Cogeco. Good bye!.click. Unacceptable and rude

Dr. Robert Aucoin (@RobertAucoin13) reported@cogeco your Epico system and customer support are the worst I have seen in 40 years. Channels work and then don't. DVR is garbage and try to even find the 1-800 number. We keep it on the fridge because you can't find it anywhere on the website which is useless.
