    Hey @cogeco ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ You are by far the worst internet provider out there. Iโ€™ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, Iโ€™ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy ๐Ÿ‘

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @SarahTreadaway @cogecohelps Seems to be a wide outage. Cogeco pretty much never acknowledges them either, on X or their website. Down for many in Petawawa after asking a few people in town.

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.
