@kenbuisman @cogeco I asked the same question after being on hold for 45mins...their response was it is a province wide issue and they are working on it...BS! And my internet is STILL OUT!! That’s 3 times this week...

Cogeco I’ve followed the guide to reset my wifi the password you provided is incorrect. This is the 2 time this week I am without internet service. You continue to increase your fees and your service is getting worse. I am not impressed. I hung up after waiting 30 mins for help
