    @cogecohelps Thanks Cole. I finally did that after six hours waiting here for a real response. Won't go through twitter next time, on the phone I was only on hold for under ten minutes problem was resolved by a reset at your end #cogeco

    @PMStroud @cogecohelps Just a note, I'm with Teksavvy in ygk, using cogeco cable. Whenever I've seen cogeco outage notices, I haven't experienced the same with teksavvy. About 5 years experience with them and no issues, cheaper too. I'm a work from home tech person, no tolerance for outages.

    Really great customer service from @cogeco. My email has been randomly bouncing back for 6 months. They're aware of issue, have been working on it for 6+ months, don't know what problem is and can't do anything without me providing a copy of bounceback. I DON'T EMAIL MYSELF.

    @cogecohelps Can you tell me if Cogeco is experiencing problems again? I have been dealing with horrible upload speeds all afternoon. I cannot get past 2Mbps.

    @zephmont1 yes soo bad where we were forced to plug in our router from the old modem like weeks ago a major outage hit ontario affecting all cogeco internet services and crap and people were pissed af !!!!

    @cogeco 4th time last two weeks, not including the DNS issues. Internet outage in Hamilton Ontario. 10:45pm 01/20/21 still on hold waiting for support... Y'all need to get your house in order.
