    I was so stressed family was calling me over and over (I'm at work) and it was cogeco 3 messages in two days all from different people, **** offfff.

    @cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

    @rcarrick Cogeco the worst . I have to book a minimum of 19 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes to resolve… and trust me, they have zero desire to resolve the problem

    @cogecohelps Will never use another Cogeco service again. This is how they treat someone right after losing a parent. I would not be a proud employee working at a place like this.

    @cogeco @FSecure Except when your wifi password, on your Cogeco Modem, doesn't protect you against amazon products that have been banned on your network through MAC addresses. Still waiting for an answer on this btw...
