@cogeco @cogeco you have the worst service and equipment . Literally every day I have issues with the EPICO and internet . I constantly have to reset the modem and EPICO box , like ever day . It literally never works when needed . An appointment with a technician is a two week wait

@cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

@cogeco a truck comes down our street rips all the overhead lines out. I get told they will send someone Friday? Unacceptable!!! Maybe my brief time with cogeco will come to an end.

@cogeco I pay for 1 terabyte I don’t like your fking pods which show full signal at 20 mesgbits that’s a con then limiting how many devices wtf tech savvy is cheaper I can put my own Equipment and your pods are junk your marketing team pulled out of their ***.

@cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip
