(@DonaldFrazer4) reported9 days without my @cogeco internet because of a common dig in. What other utility could leave a paying customer without service for over a week? 0 communication other than a call to get me to pay my first bill.

(@daveracher1) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I will go to the storefront I guess. I should be able to book service without waiting for hours in a phone queue or having some non existent PIN which isn’t listed on any invoice or my account settings. @cogeco is garbage but when I have no other choice, what can I do.

(@Bart18ley) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco We literally just signed up a month ago, and we are supposed to be getting the best ‘value’. How do rates magically increase after 30 days? Especially when being told there was just a rate increase and they didn’t anticipate any. Very shady. Will be calling customer service.

(@Lara_OO) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I just moved from Bell to Cogeco (not my preference but new location couldn’t support Bell). Truly truly disappointed. Installed on Thursday and I’ve had no internet since. Not even including video calls for my meetings. So disappointed (using my mobile data)
