    @OpenMediaOrg @TorontoStar @OpenMediaOrg Didn't Toronto do same in 2006 with Toronto Hydro OneZone? City sold it to Cogeco (41% Rogers owned). It was free, then cheap, then killed by big 3. I smell something very fishy - there's hidden agenda - tax $ to build network then sell to big 3 again?

    .@cogeco interested in potentially switching to Epico service but I understand that the pricing listed on your site is not available to existing customers like myself. Only new. Is this true? No help for loyal customers?
