    @cogecohelps How many times in a day does one have to reboot their modem with Cogeco? It seems kinda pointless to have your techs fix it when it just happens again and again. Maybe provide not so ****** equipment?

    @cogecohelps Lol it wasn't last night it's been over a week of this. Now it's been 2 hours trying to get to a customer loyalty manager and getting bounced around. At least 3x a year I have to waste my time getting Cogeco to deliver the service I paid for.

    I finally had five minutes to sit down and check @Reddit for something and of course that’s exactly when their site is down for some reason. If it’s not an unreliable service provider like @Cogeco causing headaches, it’s something else. Can’t catch a break. #Reddit

    @virginmedia Now I have to resort to calling you out on Twitter cause when I call support it goes nowhere. They want me to run the same test over and over. Beat a dead horse and the horse is still dead. Next step is @cogeco I guess.
