Since when does one need Power of Attorney for @cogeco to report an outage?? My Auntie almost 80 yrs old so I tried to call for her. They won't let me unless I'm Power of Attorney!! This is BS. 😢

@cogeco The outage in my area has apparently been resolved for a few hours now but I’ve still got no internet. What’s going on?

@Mootz613 @cogeco Is it too much to ask that Kingston customers be given an expected date/time of service restoration? Or at least some sort of answer or acknowledgement? This really is a text book case of how not to handle outages.

Not impressed with @cogeco @cogecohelps poor communication and customer service. Three days without internet and the best they have is “we’re working on it but can’t tell you where or when we’ll be done”. I can understand long outages happen, but at least tell us what’s going on!

@smokingcolourz @cogeco Found my issue once the sun came up, looks like our cable line that ran between us and our neighbour across the street snapped somewhere in the night. Called, and earliest they can have someone out is Thursday, and I bet they won’t even send someone who can fix the line.
