    @cogeco Words can't describe the disappointment I have with this company. Annual issue with their 1G fiber package, same experience where internet is down for 5 days; a technician will come and confirm no problems at home and will open back end ticket to resolve in another 3 days

    @cogecohelps I already spoke to Cogeco. They already took all steps. I’m sending back this crappy ‘new’ modem & reinstalling my previous one the company gave me that never lagged or buffered & speeds were already at almost 1T. It’s now lower.

    @cogecohelps hi Cogeco. I just reset my router about an hour ago and has been having issues loading back up stuck on the "Online" option with no other signals or cues.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Nope, after my hour and 20 minutes on hold I was able to talk to a person for 2 minutes and get my issue resolved.

    Hey @cogeco, your **** is broken again in the Belleville area. No cable, no internet. Get Cogeco Cory out to get this fixed, snd get your act together for once.

    Another day, another fail by Cogeco with their ‘Ultrafast’ internet. Still buffers after resending signal, getting boosters and them ‘tweaking’ the signal. Yeah. Buffering & email not loading is super worth it for only $15 less/mth. Wow. 😐

    God to love it when @cogeco doesnt respond to an open escalated ticket from my ISP to resolve my internet being down for 7 days and counting.
