    @cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

    @cogecohelps once again i am experiencing wifi outtages. I am new to Cogeco, after leaving Bell, but I am so far NOT impressed with the service. Once again epico not working. Have to consistently restart the system, wifi always dropping out. Terrible.

    @cogecohelps when pulling up cogeco to login in the crave or CTV apps it gives a blank page. Bell Shaw etc will allow you to login, but blank white page if you hit cogeco? Why am I paying so much for this garbage?

    @cogeco why is my internet speed 29.43down\22.1up when i pay for 1024down\ 50up in Hamilton,ON @cogecohelps. I need solution.
