    @NoSleevesGaming @cogeco Is this loyalty savings with Cogeco? Tried Cogeco for a week, but it was a horrible experience. Stock market fluctuations in connection minimum 23+ network performance.

    @cogeco is saying there’s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    Ontario people thinking of switching to Cogeco mobile DO NOT MAKE THE MOVE. My 76yr old mom was swindled. Horrible customer service. Tried to move back to her other provider now COGECO mobile won’t port her number. Over 20 hours lost on phone. @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps My PC. Mobile is second but its getting slow and no devices available yet from cogeco mobile. Hope available before 2027 but doubtful

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 seconds… Can’t wait to cancel
