@cogeco Hi Cogeco. Where can I send the bill for the cellphone data that is being used to work from home, while your internet is down? Or can I just deduct it from my Cogeco bill? #Cogeco #cogecooutage

  • FiskFoulPole REDSOX🇨🇦🇺🇲⚾️ (@FiskFoulPole) reported

@caltek79 @cogeco @cogecohelps Are the problems simply related to increased traffic due to online learning etc?

  • trackofalljades Drew Wallner (@trackofalljades) reported

@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.

  • fedefern1984 Federico Fernandez (@fedefern1984) reported

@kenbuisman @cogeco hey Ken, don't worry, when I called to complain, @cogeco told me they would give me around 30cts back for the service interruption as a compensation, LOL!

  • PaulHarryMartin Paul Martin (@PaulHarryMartin) reported

@cogeco And the streak of not working continues.

  • Rebeca37099299 Rebeca (@Rebeca37099299) reported

@cogeco Does anyone have their service back? Stoney Creek area and we still have no service.

  • DenisBenoit11 Denis Benoit (@DenisBenoit11) reported

@PaulHarryMartin @cogeco Some Rogers customers were tweeting about the same problem too.

  • Deline2Pat PatDeline2 (@Deline2Pat) reported

@ToddSmithPC @EOWC_ON @EORN_CA It is pathetic so help is much needed. We have Xplornet...they promised to upgrade their tower, it’s over crowded, still have not upgraded and still say “it’s coming”. Our internet is so unreliable and you don’t get near why you pay for. Bell won’t put up anymore towers...cogeco

@cogeco I really wish the issues with cogeco were only limited to two days. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have been a customer since check became cogeco and before. It's sad we are considering leaving. #EpicFail

@globalnewsto How come Cogeco is having issues when many other smaller ISPs do not. What is going on at Cogeco?
