@DrachKin @CarttCa Their chief issue is about common ownership limits. Leclerc wouldn’t exist as a broadcaster if Cogeco wasn’t forced to sell two radio stations in Quebec City 10 years ago.

This is truly tragic. My internet has been down for an hour and a half and I need to play #KnockoutCity at 7am for release. If it’s not back up and running I will be intervening. Just you wait cogeco.

@cogeco very disappointed with your service. Despite having an appointment to set up a new connection nobody has shown up. I am pregnant and I cannot go out in this pandemic to work out of others wifi. At least keep us informed. That’s the least you can do for your customers.

@cogecohelps working from home has been really stressful with a bad connection. We followed all the steps today and still only get 7 to 12 mbps download on the wireless portion of the cogeco modem. The network name with 5G appears and then disappears. Resetting has done nothing.

Yet again @cogecohelps tanks. Service calls every month to fix their deficient infrastructure and no further ahead. How does #Cogeco stay in business?? #cutthecord #Cogeco

Glad @cogeco finally removed the cable from above my yard, but weird that they would run it across my yard instead of investing in a couple more feet of cable to run it to their actual customer’s yard and up. Plus, what is this stuff in there, styrofoam? Weird.

@cogecohelps Sandra, you're monitoring twitter... there are a crazy number of tweets about this issue. The rogers, Bell and other authentication site work fine. Only cogeco is having problems.
