@cogeco I’m tired of techs coming to my house/neighborhood and saying we have the oldest infrastructure they’ve ever seen. We are 5km from your main Burlington location. Maybe upgrade the infrastructure you keep raising prices for in our area. Terrible.

@cogeco. Coming up to 15 hours! with no Internet or TV. That must break the outage record for Cogeco. They are lucky it didn’t happen last week during the Super Bowl. There would have been a riot!!! Excuse me while I again check if we have Internet/TV.

@cogecohelps @cogeco No need for a private message. Just fix the 1960 infrastructure. The neighborhood is tired of being fed nonsense as to why it can’t be done and the amount of temp lines strung through the trees is terrible. The neighborhood is Walkers and Rexway.

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Also Co-AX and DSL are two different standards. DSL doesn’t use a cable line, DSL is your phone line. Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home).
