    @PassiveCndIncom I've heard a number of people have had issues with Cogeco since this started, I wonder if they're getting overloaded. Ours has been fine to this point. We only seem to do about 1.5 hrs total 'online' each day anyway, most of the activities seem to be independent/free time.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps any eta when my service will be back? your website says I have no outage....but your phone system says their is one again for all of Ontario.

    @OuzoFC @cogeco Unfortunately it's different for every device. On Windows it's pretty awful: Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network Connections -> (your active connection) -> Properties -> I.P.V.4 (TCP/IPv4) -> Properties -> Use following DNS Server Address -> 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
