    @GlobalTV @cogecohelps Actually it is usually a Cogeco issue but the past week or two it has been a Global website issue. The dropdown on "sign out" says I am subscribed to Global yet the live stream says I am not.

    @globeandmail My internet is Wightman and cable is Cogeco. So can’t watch the show “on-demand” because Hollywood Suite does not have its own App - have to watch through the cable provider and their app is only available through their internet service. Something like that - I found out today.

    we just switched to bell fibe and I don't even have to call cogeco to cancel . can't friggin wait 😎

    @cogeco I hate to complain but I really need to make this known but I live on Surrey lane. the internet has been super slow from passed work. I have been told that there is work order in place but won't be completed in 6 10 business days. I can't even do my online school.

    If you or anyone you know uses a cogeco email address I'm begging you to please get an email address from a real provider. I've sent so many emails to customers/clients over the years that get needlessly bounced/thrown in spam bc cogeco's email servers have really bad detection.

    Cogeco: removing retroactivity of rates once dispute concluded would motivate large media to negotiate in good faith to reach faster resolution. Fair point. #CRTC

    Hi @cogeco there has been a recent update to EPICO and since then the Plex app often starts to play a movie without video (audio only). The only fix is to restart the EPICO box, other Plex clients around the house are unaffected - please investigate.
