@carol_nasvytis @CBCAlerts @cogecohelps Can you login to your cogeco modem? If so you click on connections and wan then edit then where it says primary dns you click manual and enter 8.8.8.8 then where it says secondary dns set it to 8.8.8.4 then save. It will restart your modem then you will have access again

@tysmo @Bryson_M I don’t recall any bro-ha-ha about Futureway. There was some for Cogeco who successfully argued that Ontario and Québec were to totally separate and Cogeco wouldn’t give service to Québec from a Ontario POI and got exemption. But don’t recall Futureway. Would have to look back

@GinetteP @cogeco I’ve never had a problem with cogeco until today. I work from home, schooling from home and have multiple devices connected at all times... always consistent
