    @cogecohelps I’m not letting #Cogeco get away with this. Stressing me out and causing me financial probs when I was a loyal paying customer. You guys would’ve still had me if only you took our complaints seriously. Not speaking of you Graham but other CSR’s and the execs who make the big $$$

    Any reason your on screen graphics are low resolution like they are from 1998 on 4K channel 1264? Sure glad I’m paying extra for this crap. @TSN_Sports @cogeco @MapleLeafs

    z0"beth norrad brought over eve mainnering's laptop. someone walked in to her cogeco mail and was able to delete all these emails she'd been saving from a friend in hong kong. nothing that i could do. i chatted w/ their tech support and all he suggested was change the password"

    @Niagara_411 Left them 5 months ago and it was the best move ever! Cogeco is terrible esp in bad weather and the CSR’s not all but most don’t help or want to help. They don’t communicate within the company to make sure the customer is taken care of. They just want your money. @cogeco

    @Niagara_411 They’re never directly informed to customers, but their cogeco site for internet status does list planned maintenance days, its usualy very early morning or very late at night for least disruptions, since off peak
