    @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet is down yet again. This happens at least twice a week and honestly it’s frustrating. For the amount of money we pay for your service we don’t expect this to be happening so often. Please look into making things better for your customers.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service is useless. You come cut my cable and then tell me I have to go through another company who has to email you to get you to send out one of YOUR TECHS? If YOU can cut the line YOU can fix it.

    My ongoing internet issues with cogeco will now not be fixed until July 2021 LMFAOOOOOO like what ,, been waiting a year already FIX YOUR UPLINK NODES ALREADYYYYYYY @cogeco absolutely terrible turnaround times on these “so called fixes I keep hearing about” 👎

    @cogeco is there an issue with your internet service in Bracebridge, ON? I’m only getting 5 MBPS, and usually get between 120-160 MBPS.

    lived here for two years without issues. Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.

    @cogeco#suck# blocking legit email? Their support team doesn't respond and cannot fix the issue for 2 months.

    @Eastlink Thank your techs for restoring service. Generally extremely pleased with Eastlink's stability 99.9% of the time. May I suggest you consider a text message based alert system for outages similar to what Cogeco uses.
