MamaStyles (@MamaStyles77) reportedIt’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡

Paid network specialist’s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.

My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs

MamaStyles (@MamaStyles77) reportedCan someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭
