I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.

Therese (@theresemacdona6) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

Alfred E. Newman (@notsobigkahuna) reported@cogecohelps Everyone I speak to from @cogeco says all the right thingsโฆ then nothing happens. It actually said in the work order that 2 techs are required. One showed up. This is the 3rd time this exact problem has occurred.
