    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

    @cogecohelps At Cogeco Eastgate Hamilton. Waiting 40 mins for service. One single clerk to serve customers. Poor service!!!

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

    @cogecohelps Why does one of our channels cut out in the middle of a show and go to a cogeco ad?? Numerous times.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
