Rick Ali (@killerbanker) reported@cogeco Service seems to have been restored a couple of hours ago, thanks Cogeco. Having previously been with Bell for a number of years I can easily say Cogeco’s internet service levels far surpass Bell’s. Outages are resolved much faster and are much less frequent. Glad I switched!

Michael Hope (@Vibrexrepairs) reported@cogecohelps Since the issue this morning with loosing internet connectivity, my Wi-Fi modem that I rent from Cogeco has lost its network settings and now I can not access my Wi-Fi, the default password on the bottom of the unit does not work. How do I get my Wi-Fi back?
