If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday 👎 service)

Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

Lesley (@Lesley_Bergen) reportedI live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

Sharon Larose🇨🇦 (@blackies1) reported@kwebber14 @cogeco My neighbour is elderly and very stressed. She has only had a cell fir a year but her family members talked her into removing her landline. I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.

John Bugailiskis (@John_Bug) reportedUpdate. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?
