This is brutal @cogeco We've lived in Petawawafor 3 years & I have never experienced SO many outages in my life. We pay so much money a month for a service that doesn't work anytime the weather turns crappy 😒

@cogeco for the second time in 12 hours my internet is down in north St. Catharines. I reset the modem once and it worked. Now it’s gone again. What’s happening?

when cogeco doesn’t send the HDMI cord that is “enclosed” in the package- there goes $10 and waiting a week to get it since Ontario is still locked down

@cogeco Yeah, if you could have a redundant network that doesn't go down when one link goes down that'd be great, especially when you charge 100$/month for it or more...

@cogecohelps why does it always take so long to login to Cogeco via the sportsnet app? And frequently get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable nginx/1.19.1 error? Not enough capacity to handle multiple authentication tasks?

@Menagerieof22 "keep" -- I'm employed by a TPIA that serves these lines. This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.

@cogecohelps @cogeco we have had no internet since 12 hrs now and the dispatch couldn’t send a technician till Monday, despite our ongoing issues since 3 weeks! And you are the only ISP, imagine our frustration

@cogecohelps Not unusual at all in my experience. Thank god for Cbc streaming it without requiring the authentication from Cogeco like sportsnet does. When the message indicated it's a problem on your end I shouldn't need to call tech support.
