    @cogeco research to do bit, no f****** internet. Every day, this joke of a business just gets worse. *Reminder: I won't replaced equipment again. FORCED when I moved to switch from tvo. When installer arrived, he had no idea of equipment I had or service to be provided @crtc

    @cogecohelps I can't access my cable or my internet - can't even access the Cogeco site itself right now to check for outages. (Postal code is P1B 9L6) Can you help?

    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

    @blogTO Rogers just hiked my phone. Cogeco just hiked my tv. What ******* ever. Tell me something new. It's called a **** the consumer monopoly.

    @cogecohelps cogeco was here yesterday at condo building,noise in line(?). He left and we have been without internet since. Tech support made us do the rest of modem, didn’t work. Tech/service needs to fix this
