    @cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.

    @virginmedia hey. can you explain why our virgin tv suddenly decided to become "cogeco" and insist we're in canada when we very much live in the uk and have never been to canada? we cannot access any streaming services.

    So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???
