37 mins on hold now. If the queue to speak to the disconnection reps is this long, how many other @cogeco users are also leaving? My guess is either a LOT, or they've got 1 person answering this line. Either way, it's yet more poor customer service on their part /5

Hey Cogeco, why is the service in downtown Niagara Falls so unreliable?! I pay over $100 a month as a single person for only wifi and it goes out constantly! Not a fair system! 😤😤😤

@cogecohelps @cogeco They answered, heard I was trying to cancel internet (keeping cable) and then put on hold and left for 45 minutes and counting

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, so I see my monthly rates are going up so you can improve your network... yet you don't seem interested in improving it in MY area... why am I subsidising people getting gig internet when I can't even get 1/6th of that?
