  Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

  @cogeco your response times to outages are horrendous. I've been without stable internet in Milton since last week and can't have someone come check the issue until Thursday. Very disappointing.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps You know, when you send me email (already a customer) that starts off sounding like I'm finally going to get gig internet, then you explain that you upgraded the network in a place over 300km away from me so *they* get gig, it just makes me irritated. ;)

  @cogeco Why isn't specific info passed onto Technicians from Customer. Cogeco did not fix their unburied cable when asked. Now it got cut. Explained in detail to Service. Technician came to fix cable, not bury it. Was told to we need to submit another workorder to bury it?
