@cogeco signed up for EPICO on oct and have had nothing but trouble.Freezing, wifi dropping, want to watch live sports? Forget it. tech guy came three times w no fix & I’m on daily calls w them. Told us yesterday in order for it to work properly we needed pods? At an additional cost.

It’s seems @cogeco is down again in my ‘hood. timing couldn’t be worse. I’m currently attending to virtual film and television market sessions. And now I’m sitting here twiddling my thumbs. Get your **** together guys. #Cogeco #CogecoDown #CogecoOutage
