    @cogeco Can I get some help in blocking calls to my cogeco land line. you can use the Call Blocking feature, you must activate it. Just dial *60,then #01#, then 3." on page 14 welcome guide online. this does not! work .an automated response "request cannot be accepted

    @alectranews I’m on Hunter W. I have power but no internet, and Cogeco apparently can’t resolve that yet because it’s a hydro issue. 🙄

    At least if the Cogeco Outage Tracker gave you no information it would only be useless but it outright lies to you most of the time so it is whatever is worse than useless " down from 2:30 until 3 and then again from 7 until 11" no it was down from 2:30 until 1:15 and counting

    i've now been on hold for 15 min 30 sec to cancel my phone service with @cogeco the webpage makes it much easier to upgrade service than cancel

    @TiBachlr @startca I did tech support before, but thank you :) there's an open ticket via Cogeco ETA is currently 4pm. I hope they didn't cut a line with all the road work by Independent on Dundas St E!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco This is my 72 year old mom’s cable service… she has no idea if she should watch “M1010DHist” or not when the description is even cut off. Really?

    Once again @AtlanticBBInc fails to respond on the DM platform they directed me to use. Hours wasted trying to get some resolution to the challenges I’ve experienced as a new customer. Hey @cogeco are you paying attention to how the US arm is tanking your customer satisfaction?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco It is exceedingly slow (as shown in my pics). Downloads are great, but cannot use mic or video for online meetings n such - which is very very annoying.
