@cogecohelps Hi. I had issues with my internet earlier this week. A Cogeco tech replaced the modem and cable and it’s working but I’m only getting 88 down and 23 up. It should be 360 and 30. Any help would be appreciated

@cogeco your service is terrible, you keep coming to fix the modem and it doesn’t work. I work from home and meet to go to a coffee shop as i keep having failing internet bad yet continue to pay $90 for a no service.

@cogecohelps I called Cogeco support today for a billing enquiry as I hadn't received my bill via email at the beginning of the month as I normally do (I know when to pay it as the date remains the same). Why does Cogeco charge a fee to send an email notification with the bill?

@cogecohelps Same issue as Eric. Cogeco website still claiming there is no outage, but I know and can see many people online experiencing outages in Burlington since the storm last night and no communication from the company on how this is being addressed.

@cogeco I received a text saying there were outages in my area, but when I went to your support page and typed in my postal code it says "no outages detected”.... yet my wifi has been out for four hours now. I’m in Burlington L7P. Is it my modem? Reset it twice.

@cogeco Ok, so Sportsnet is STILL down? Down since Wednesday morning. What is ETA for programmes I pay extra for??? Sure hope they are refunding for this month's service
