@cogeco @cogecohelps My partner Stephanie has been on hold for about an hour to cancel her Cogeco cable TV. She had no problem getting a live person to upgrade her Cogeco internet, but that person told Steph she needed to speak to a different person to cancel cable. Very odd.

As much as I love the customer service you get with TekSavvy, the constant up and down of the piggybacked Cogeco service is annoying. Every fall it's the same thing. Time to try something different and give Bell Fibe a go. With both of us WFH we need consistency.

@RogersHelps I’m not your customer. My mom is. She’s blind. She’s not on social media. I have @cogeco account. Pretty soon, she will too. I know my @cogeco rep on a first name basis. Not like your lousy contractors.

🤔 what a coincidence that a Cogeco ad on Bell TV was randomly filled with glitches, like you'd have with signal dropout... yet no other content is affected...

@cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

@cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

As usual @cogeco is having an hours long outage affecting all services. As usual call us back when our crap service resumes to be inconvenienced again to get a credit. How can your service possibly be this bad.

Cogeco just confirmed service is down in the area. Ontario Hydro is working on it. Hopefully sooner than later.
