    @cogeco trying to set up epico TV. Account not working - can someone assist?

    @cogecohelps having issues with Cogeco supplied modern/router. 2.4g wireless not connecting. 5g is fine. Power cycled router and both worked. But now 2.4 not working again, 5g fine. When connected to 2.4 it says "no internet".

    @cogecohelps Then you should update your website, it is still listed in your supported streaming channels. So this is now something else that is steering me away from Cogeco. I am tired of the pixelating and freezing with no solution.

    @cogeco I have had nothing but issues with this service since we got it from just losing connection to buffering while changing the channels

    @cogecohelps @cogeco in an age where outages are reported to you within seconds, you at least need to provide reasoning as to why services paid for are not working Put down the hash pinner and sort the **** out

    Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.
