@cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness Hi, it turned out that the guy I got, who I could barely understand, was a residential customer guy and he didn't ask me if I was a business customer until well after 12 minutes. I eventually got someone useful.

Once again @AtlanticBBInc fails to respond on the DM platform they directed me to use. Hours wasted trying to get some resolution to the challenges I’ve experienced as a new customer. Hey @cogeco are you paying attention to how the US arm is tanking your customer satisfaction?

@cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.

@cogecohelps Cogeco Internet has issues in #petrolia the network congestion in the morning doesn't allow you to work from home. There were no issues in #oilsprings. Move to Petrolia and nothing but poor performance. Move from village to town and nothing but issues.

i've now been on hold for 15 min 30 sec to cancel my phone service with @cogeco the webpage makes it much easier to upgrade service than cancel

@cogecohelps Excellent customer service - that's what CSRs say. Been on hold 50mins. That's excellence???!?!?!? Can't image what COGECO would do if you hated me - What a joke!!!

@cogeco @cogecohelps Anyone else having issues in Stoney Creek. I checked the map it said it was resolved at 4am. Mine just went out about 15 mins ago.
