In the event of a large power outage we will do what we can to keep the feeds online. But I cannot promise @cogeco will stay online. I wish Bell would run fibre soon.

@Coleman42 @cogeco It's much more likely the someone drove into a hydro poll carrying fiber or someone failed to properly survey a worksite prior to digging than cogeco cutting their own lines. **** happens everyday it's a miracle this only happens a couple times a year.

@LauraBabcock Our Cogeco tech stood outside our open den window wearing a mask. He handed in our new modem and directed me how to connect and set it up. Then he was able to complete set up from there. Very friendly, efficient and safe customer service.

@cogeco service is getting worse all the time. We are up and down like a yo yo. Over the last few years it's been one thing after another. Ugh. Guess we're going back to Bell.

While we’re at it, can I just say how badly @cogeco sucks. Crave auto-log out monthly now has be unable to access my account. Bush league oligopolies with big pay cheque in carpet land and customer services that sucks.

@cogeco your epico service sucks! It freezes then reboots itself to only freeze again. This has been going on for 24 minutes. I can’t even reboot it myself! It is completely frozen. Fix this!!!!
