@cogecohelps @cogeco Really? This is your response? Do you think it is responsible to ask people to get in line at the Post office to return a broken tv converter? Do yeah think you may just want to wait until the LOCKDOWN is over??? WTF

  • PaultSpeck Paul Speck (@PaultSpeck) reported

Hey @cogeco. Thanks for charging me $350 because I didn't return your broken tv converter. I guess you didn't get the memo but we are in a lockdown due to a thing called COVID 19 and everyone is trying to stay home unless it is important. Tone deaf losers!

@cogecohelps @cogeco Help it make sense - I pay extra $35 for superspportspack with 35 channels & paid for sportsnet bundle with 6 sportsnet channels. Today the 2 NBA game I want to watch are on new sportsnet 360 channel that you have to add. Seems like a money grab scenario?

@amber122185 @w8cjs @cogeco I actually preferred Rogers, and there is much worse. Bell is pure garbage. They charge out the *** for really ****** service, and they conveniently forgot to tell us that our Internet wasn’t actually unlimited. Imagine our surprise when we got the bill.

@cogeco Does this service work on devices such as firetv or android tv?
