    @cogeco @cogecohelps Are the worst internet providers on the planet. They lie to their customers, and are selfish greedy, money grabbing thugs, making people switch to fiber optics, without having the resources to support all the traffic flow. A landline is better connection kys

    @cogecohelps The account number is 50013193730. One example - Breakfast TV is scheduled to start at 6:00 am, and if I follow them on a streaming service, it starts then. On Cogeco it starts at 6:30 once or twice a week. The delay continues with all programs until mid afternoon.

    Cogeco TiVo app again won’t let me sign in! I see it only gets 1 star in the ratings at the App Store and I wonder how it gets even 1 star. You’d think a media company could do better than this.

    @ESilenzi4 @Rogers Unfortunately, they may not be able to provide their services everywhere in Hamilton. The service territories for Rogers and Cogeco are exclusive and do not overlap. If you live in an area serviced by Cogeco (or other cable provider) Rogers won't be able to provide services.

    So beyond frustrated with my attempt to change my Cogeco service to the new EPICO. Way too much time of my life spent on this. Wish agents could give 100% of required information rather then getting a little more from each person I talk to. #frustated @cogeco
