    Extremely disappointed with @cogecohelps customer service. We went in and changed our modem, reset it 100 times, and patiently waited on a call for 1 hours only to hear that the earliest COGECO could send a tech is after 3 days.

    Three months and we're free of @cogeco and the biggest misnomer @cogecohelps (helps!). The service drops out constantly. Right now is the second night in a row where we are in Belleville. Can't wait to get rid...

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes, I've tried calling and you guys put a password on my account that I never chose and was not advised of, so I am unable to make changes to my account. No one ever provides solutions to this problem. It's my account and I can't do anything to it. I'm just going to cancel it.

    @cogeco pretty bad when you login and try to view your bill online and the error message is β€œ403 forbidden”.

    He must have been at wrong address or lied as we are sitting by our window & can't help but see even a person walk up our driveway let alone a big truck. The on hold telephone attempts to reach a Supervisor failed. Too many long musical holds. @cogeco disappointing

    @gramshelper @pdejager @CheriDiNovo I’ve searched Ontario and the prospects for affordable rent for a 3 bedroom house are not promising and when I find affordable the bell/cogeco service availability tools show I can’t get sufficient connectivity for my WFH job.

    @cogeco having problems with my epic tv. Getting this error when trying to watch my pvr recording. Plus one recording didn’t today. Error code 4-44-3043

    New modem is giving me internet speeds I've never seen while living here... I'm suuuper excited to see how it does tonight while I stream/game but as of right now?! One happy Cogeco customer... This is why I won't switch ISP, the customer service is UNMATCHED @cogecohelps β™₯
