@cogeco 5 years in a house with service disruptions daily in a city of 16k ppl . But now they are running Fibre internet to a community of 900 people . I pay 12p per month and it's never and I mean never been good . Wish I had options

@HaltonDSB @cogeco is garbage... always issues with them. I’m sorry people have more stress piled on top of an already stressful situation.

@Daniel75124110 @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco I have the UltraFibre 120+ and I've been getting <30 Mbps the last couple of weeks. Had a technician come yesterday assuring me he "fixed" the problem... somehow my internet got worse.

@cogeco Transparency is an amazing tool, can you share some details around the nature of the issue, and perhaps a rough eta for repair. (i.e. we are experiencing an issue with our DNS servers and estimate 1-4hrs of downtime)
