@cogeco @cogeco After leaving my mom without a phone for a week, you missed your appointments again. Oh well I think she’s going back to Bell as she’d like a service that works.

@Niagara_411 @cogecohelps Cogeco folks should seriously consider switching to @TekSavvyBuzz who actually operate on Cogeco's lines, but seem to have way fewer problems. I haven't had a blip during all of these recent outages, and I've been WFH for years. Way cheaper, too.

@cogeco are you going to refund us this month for your internet issues. What is the problem? Should I be looking to switch to a more reliable service? 2 days in one week is not ok.
