Timi TV (@TimiTV4) reported@seimooooooo @cogecohelps @cogeco Well are you connected to wifi or cable? If cable switch to a cat 6 cable it gives faster data over the cable. If your on wifi switch to cable. Wifi is locked to 250mbs if your on the 1gig plan. Lower if not. Check game files for corrupted game files as that can be the issue

Not sure how you will resolve digging up the middle of my lawn to run cable to someone’s house but would love some sort of actual response (and let me know what the deal is with that styrofoam stuff).

Not sure how it isn’t in your system because I can see the cogeco truck just pulled up to main st to fix it. Someone was there doing work earlier today too. It’s been two days in a row now, it can’t happen again this often.

"No issues on our end, I dunno what you're talking about. Call this number, wait on hold and we'll eventually tell you to restart your device"

Squiggle (@StupidGiant) reported@cogecohelps Sandra, you're monitoring twitter... there are a crazy number of tweets about this issue. The rogers, Bell and other authentication site work fine. Only cogeco is having problems.

I do like the options and usually service... I have always supported but I just want to know what the issues are. I've had outrages several times this month. Concerns me. I need my internet.
