I'm leaving #Cogeco once stores reopen. I'm paying for 40mbps (which I was getting before outages with no problems) now I'm getting throttled down to 1.8mbps repeatedly for 3-5 minutes! Not happy. Any suggestions for ISP?

@cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell_Support My issue was not directed at having no service. I’m going forward with cancelling my account. The lack of response is ridiculous.

@cogeco @cogecohelps still having constant on and off issues with my internet. Almost every day or two, at some random hour it will go out and than I have no internet for a few hours. Your gigabit internet so far isn't worth the money.
