    Signed up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help

    Previewing second-quarter earnings season for Canadian telecommunications companies, Scotia Capital’s Maher Yaghi made these target changes: BCE Inc. (BCE-T +2.86% increase, “sector outperform”) to $39 from $41, Quebecor Inc. (QBR-B-T +1.08% increase, “sector perform”) to $63.50 from $58, Rogers Communications Inc. (RCI-B-T +2.88% increase, “sector outperform”) to $61 from $60.50 Telus Corp. (T-T +3.44% increase, “sector perform”) to $19 from $20.     @cogeco is saying there’s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogeco HORRIBLE service for months. Customer service manipulates people over the phone to avoid issuing credits. Will be requesting large refund when contract is over & calls are reviewed @CRTCeng
