I would drop cogeco in a hot minute after all the problems they’ve given me this year but it’s a bloody monopoly in my area!

I don’t know why @cogeco has outages so often in my area but it’s down again. How about taking some of that money I pay for service and improve the infrastructure so this stops happening. Let’s see how long it’s down this time. #Cogeco

@AgentAnnK The CRTC forces those big monopolies to sell bandwidth to resellers at controlled rate. Look around there's plenty of option. It's the same network but different companies that manage account and customer services. Personally, I use B2B2C on Cogeco's network in Quebec.

@SteveBlair15 @cogeco Steve - if you check on the website, all you do is enter your postal code and it gives you the update. It currently reads service expected to be restored by 3:11 pm

@MurphTWN Cancelled my Cogeco service call so they didn’t have to come tomorrow. Maybe ask Mark Robinson why he feels the need to be out, even in this.

@cogeco The Cogeco website says there are no outages in my area, but I haven't had internet since around 10am. I've tried rebooting my modem but it doesn't help.

@cogeco I am super sick of your service and the fact that I have to share the Internet with 20 other people in my neighbourhood, I can't go more than a month without an issue. #cogecoishotgarbage @JustinTrudeau can't you do something about this ?
