    @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

    @cogeco are you guys actually criminals or do you just hire criminals? I can’t believe how Ive been treated from cancelling a service.

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @bell now would be a good time to send representatives to the Kingston West area and offer some deals to switch ... lots of @cogeco issues lately

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage we’ve had today since noon hour. What’s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!

    @cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.

    I helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

    @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.
