    @cogecohelps I'm brand new to Cogeco. I downloaded the app. Can't set up a new account. Do not have an existing account. This is not a good start. Please help or direct me to someone who can.

    @cogeco Nice work customer service! I was on hold for 75 minutes even though the estimated wait time was only a pathetic 45 minutes, and then you hung up without answering. I've now signed up with Bell Fibe and will cancel Cogeco if I can ever get someone on the phone.

    Anyone else having issues with @Cogeco email service today. Very slow mail downloads and no outgoing mail is being sent. It's not specific to one device as I've tried on several. A little frustrating to say the least.

    @cogecohelps If you're a potential customer of Cogeco, re-think it. Cogeco has a tendency to drop their services at the most random of times and quite often, when it's needed the most. And they'll give you nothing but lip service if you reach out. Money over clients.

    PLEASE REPOST if Cogeco in your area Now Day 7 since @cogeco decided to do a node upgrade to our internet service. # of service interruptions #/hr 2.5 #/day 37 Total interruptions since Oct 10= 260 + Calls to @cogeco =8 from @cogeco =2 Phone hrs total = 4.25

    @cogecohelps Hi, finally after about 40 minutes a clerk picked up. Issue handled but it makes listening to “your call is very important to us” a tad hollow after the hundredth loop. Either live it, or change the message. #cogeco

    People of Ontario don’t use @cogeco TV it is pure garbage! Have to reset your cable box min 2-3 times a day! Picture freezes sound goes picture quality is garbage! It’s truly garbage & they do absolutely nothing!
