    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    I thought @cogeco was the absolute worst service. I got suckered into it when I moved (not much competition) and got cogeco/epico. Epic fail. My advice people. expensive service. bad service. Patronizing customer service. stay away. @CTVWindsor

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

    @FortmanM @cogeco Yep. EPICO and @cogeco connectivity are the worst. I have the same problem all the time.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    Big thanks to @cogeco for having my wifi down all day and tell it’s costumers it’s gonna be up by a certain time then delay it every hour and so on, I’m going back the @Bell I guess you get what you pay for!

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.
