    @cogeco Has this happen to us in Chatham. The online tech support was not willing to help at all. Shut the chat before asking if there was anything else to help with. All he would do is send out a new box instead of investigating the issue.

    @cogeco could you please report on the outage in the Renfrew area? We have been told it it Cogeco issue. Businesses are having a very difficult time without access to internet / email.

    @cogeco so I can’t work because of an outage that hasn’t been reported but I also can’t call in to ask about it because you don’t open until 8:30? This is terrible service
