    @brockmclaughlin The biggest "issue" is that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines they use, so if there is an outage (or in my case last year, the 'box' was too congested which meant slowers speed around 8:30-9:00 PM with heavy load), they need to wait on Cogeco (in Chatham) to do the maintence, etc.

    @cogecohelps How do I find out WHEN internet service will be provided to my address in J0T 1J0 I know Cogeco has been contracted to expand service in the Laurentian’s. But no one can tell me when. It’s been almost a year since the Government funding has been provided. Still NO SERVICE AT ALL

    @cogecohelps Nope. Not DM-ing you my address. Reputational damage w/potential investors that I assembled today is done. My mistake was trusting Cogeco & @cogecohelps. Everyone has a bad day but if you do? suffering is exponential. Please do better. (I am, by looking for alternatives to you).
