    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco — you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my “promotion ended.” Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.
