rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported@cogecohelps I know, especially since I am direct wired to the router . Chat doesn't seem to be working either. I will try another time. If I lower the quality it seems to be a bit better.. but that seems more of a Cogeco issue.

treplow (@treplow) reported@cogecohelps Thanks, spoke with a tech support rep and she worked some magic on the Cogeco side to try and fix the issue. We'll see what happens but so far it seems better.
