@cogecohelps @MIHomeYGK Cogeco needs to up its communication game! Last night I received an "apology" email - almost a week late. Apparently, "a few" customers were impacted - not tens of thousands. The email blamed an "external" problem - they took no responsibility.

@Cogeco just sent me a "wasn't our fault" letter for the outages over the past few days. They blamed "an external issue not exclusive to Cogeco". I wasn't thrilled about the outage, but the "not our fault" letter is sad. Whose fault was it? #cogeco #passthebuck

@Jabourasaurus Does sound like a possible dns issue... but I see you've already changed it... it's a bit weird... during all the issues with Cogeco this week I didn't completely lose my internet at any point. It got a bit slow, but it never totally died.

Tell me how 225 min online is a good idea when I struggled for yrs to keep my son to 30min/ day.Even now at18 it's far from ideal. Online tech is horrible, teacher doesn't say anything & #Cogeco keeps cutting out! We need to rethink this "greatest plan in Canada" #FireLecce

Our street has many houses that use @cogeco. When it goes down we all go down - we have a group chat. Its clearly a @cogeco issue - please fix stability in SE Oakville! Its on and off constantly almost daily!

And was able to set up my channel options I see it is not a available. I am close to cancelling over this because of a stupid move by @cogeco marketing. Step up and fix this now since I have Epico. No fair since CP24 is essential to this household. #cp24 #pissed #cogecoblunder
