    Netflix cut me off. Only my wife and myself on a premium subscription. I'm running cogeco downstairs pushing it up stairs with other wifi. They shut Me down for five days. Anyone else have this issue. Let me know. Thinking class action. Wrong just shut me down

    @cogeco -I learned from the on-site technician today that there's an issue with wifi pods for all customers but no one in contact center informed me of this during the 10+ calls I made last few weeks - Why this lack of transparency? Why no ETA being provided? Why charge full fee?

    We're not on #Rogers for landline service here, we're on #Cogeco. They seriously need to do more to make sure these bullshit spam calls don't get through to us.

    @cogecohelps Hi Graham, I'm not sure I understand. I appreciate that Cogeco cannot make repairs to their equipment until hydro gives the all clear. I'm asking if Cogeco has broken equipment which and causing this service outage? If so is that actively being repaired and is there a timeline?

    @cogecohelps @Jdawg2991503 Jeffrey from Cogeco, Burlington said Cogeco outage in Dundas area due to hydro issues. He did but know when it would be back up. He said he will have it updated on outage reports.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra. I’m having trouble setting up email on an iPad. I’ve tried a lot of things and read many help pages. I’ve just discovered I cannot change the account password on your site which makes me think it’s a problem on Cogeco’s side. Please advise.

    @cogeco your network is crap. Been losing connection constantly. We paying 100 per month so why is your network dropping????

    @cogecohelps Hi 👋🏻 I’m having trouble receiving emails from @Mirvish in my Cogeco email account. I’ve added them to my allowed senders and domains list and it’s still not working. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Apparently I’m not the only one having this problem. Thank you!

    @cogeco I strongly don't recommend Cogeco. They confirmed set up on 1st Apr n cancelled last moment. I asked them to cancel the installation n they dis. I was assured they'll get me a deal n the agent assured me she'd fix the issue. I cancelled Bell n now left with no internet
