@cogecohelps @cogeco So, is someone from Cogeco going to pay the wages I lost yesterday, when it went down in the middle of my work day, and today? Being down overnight and into late morning is unacceptable. Is this going to be our lives this entire weekend?

@cogecohelps @SElsbury @cogeco Nah its everything can be the middle of summer and services go dead and then takes you guys hours to figure out the problem. Last summer they went out at least 5x for 4+ hours on bright and sunny days

@cogeco Why not tell customers that service will be down until December 26, then if you get it working sooner you’ll look like Rock stars? Having an automated time calculating 60 mins from time of inquiry is frustrating.

@thekage75 @cogeco I had the same issue. Site said no outage in my area. I called Tech support at 5 and they confirmed an outage. Said we should be back up by 7:00. I can confirm that didn’t happen and pretty sure it won’t be happening soon.

@cogeco It’s been down for 24 hours now, are we to expect compensation? The other companies are fine, as they prepared for the impending weather. Why didn’t you? This can’t soley be a hydro issue as there aren’t many.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, you're probably aware already and very busy with the bad weather today. However, wanted to report an internet outage for Ancaster.

@Badwolf_books @cogeco I couldn’t agree more, the website just adds an hour to whatever time you’re checking on the service. Give us sensible answers instead of nonsense

@cogecohelps Hi! is there a more accurate idea of when service will restore in Huntsville Ontario? The website has had the 1 hour from current time for several hours. Trying to help out my parents who have cogeco for every service.
