@cogeco @cogecohelps My internet has been out for 24 hrs now. Hundred bucks a month. Why won't you say what the problem is, no one else seems to have issues.
2 weeks I couldn't stay connected because of router issues. They sent me another router ( used ) and then I get a week of piss poor connections and then 4 days of random outages. I still paid $150 today and @Cogeco still calls me. Can't get a solid week of what I pay for but pay
@cogeco If it is broader, why is Cogeco the only provider that was completely off?? Why won’t you say what the issue was caused by?? IMHO, your lack of transparency is eroding trust in your brand.
@cogeco any problem in Oakville? We don’t have internet @cogeco
@cogeco Still not working. 3 hours after this was posted. Time to look towards your unaffected competitors.
@EdtheSock Ed the Sock, I’m with an internet company that has has 2 major outages across Southern Ontario since 2021 began. #cogecooutage #Cogeco really sucks. You’re lucky it’s probably not available where you are.
@WhigStandard Wondee why they do not say exactly what is happening. Twice this week. Would it have to do with hacking? Perhaps related to the American buyout of Cogeco which Cogeco have turned down twice now? Usually outages are explained. Very puzzling.
I would call @cogeco requesting a discount due to the ongoing service disruptions however they only give better rates to new customers rather than those they have had for 15+ years. Loyalty is so 1990.
@cogeco is Cogeco down AGAIN!?
