    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've called in, this is how I know it's a problem. Three times I've called to one of your agents and they end the call when I say I have no PIN. I appreciate your attempt to placate me, but it hasn't helped at all.

    Extremely disappointed with @cogecohelps customer service. We went in and changed our modem, reset it 100 times, and patiently waited on a call for 1 hours only to hear that the earliest COGECO could send a tech is after 3 days.

    Finally able to get @Bell Fibe in our area! Already canceled the worst service we've ever with @cogeco ...so excited to get great service again!!

    @gramshelper @pdejager @CheriDiNovo I’ve searched Ontario and the prospects for affordable rent for a 3 bedroom house are not promising and when I find affordable the bell/cogeco service availability tools show I can’t get sufficient connectivity for my WFH job.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes, I've tried calling and you guys put a password on my account that I never chose and was not advised of, so I am unable to make changes to my account. No one ever provides solutions to this problem. It's my account and I can't do anything to it. I'm just going to cancel it.

    @cogeco pretty bad when you login and try to view your bill online and the error message is “403 forbidden”.

    @cogeco My 85 year old neighbour has come over to my house three times this week now because he was having trouble with his new internet TV you guys sold him. You are a garbage company and I wish you nothing but pain.

    Hey @cogeco or @cogecohelps is there still a connection issue with the internet still because my modem doesn't work the power light is on but everything else is not or flashes orange when there's a problem.

    @cogecohelps for the last 3 days my mum (account holder) & myself have been trying to signup for the my cogeco & NEVER do we get the code it says it sent this is VERY FRUSTRATING what's going on we have the account number & pin but it doesn't send it!!
