    @cogeco what’s the issue with your Internet service in Burlington?? Kids need to be in Online school. I’m not big on paying for a deadend connection.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

    @noahfleming @slow_is_key DNS change to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 worked for me to fix the @cogeco outage here in #HamOnt. Sorry it didn't work for you.

    @cogeco You have NOT resolved your issue. This lack of service will be reflected in my upcoming bill right? Bell and Rogers don’t seem to be having any problems right now. What day you about this? #cogecooutage
