  37 mins on hold now. If the queue to speak to the disconnection reps is this long, how many other @cogeco users are also leaving? My guess is either a LOT, or they've got 1 person answering this line. Either way, it's yet more poor customer service on their part /5

  @cogeco this is my second rate increase in the last 2 years… this is ridiculous, my internet consistently cuts out at least once a day - people are paying much less for better quality internet?! i’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years but i cannot afford to keep forking out

  @cogeco seriously...i gave up a good contract for your lies and your agent in Barrie just put me on hold and then hung up...fantastic service!!!
