    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.

    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers?

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.
