@cogecohelps for those who can try switching your DNS servers on your router to Google’s servers (8.8.8.8 for example). This resolved the problem for me. Seems like Cogeco dns servers aren’t reachable.

@JorgeOdam @cogeco Yes, we should complain but that's all we can do. They still won't give everyone a $1.00 credit for the small inconvenience. Just change your DNS server settings until they get their DNS issue sorted out.
