@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

@cogecohelps @cogeco so when will the outage be fixed in the Westbrook area? Hydro One just replaced a power pole but no service from Cogeco.. No Phone line No Cable no Internet no WiFi #ygk #NoService

@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our mother’s cable as she’s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she can’t call herself she’s had to pay still. She can’t ******* talk. #cogecothieves

@Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
