    @AhmedCanAm @cogecohelps @cogeco Appears to be a DNS issue. If you know your way around your network connections just update the DNS servers to point to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 until they figure it out #cogeco #google

    Hey @cogeco, is there a problem on your end with the internet? All of a sudden, the kids lost their school connection, and we have full internet "connection" on the modem. I cannot connect to the internet at all.

    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps I hear there is an outage but seems to be only for me. The other 2 workers in the household are accessing our dual band wifi fine. What is the issue and when will it be fixed so I can work? #cogecooutage
