    Anything happen affecting the Kawartha Lakes region? My entire network is down and on top of that, customer support numbers don't work and account logins are unoperative as well. @cogeco

    @MrStache9 All my kids had cells so I killed my landline 14 years ago. Cogeco pissed me off so bad I also killed my internet connection with them and went with some place local.

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?
