@OpenMediaOrg @TorontoStar @OpenMediaOrg Didn't Toronto do same in 2006 with Toronto Hydro OneZone? City sold it to Cogeco (41% Rogers owned). It was free, then cheap, then killed by big 3. I smell something very fishy - there's hidden agenda - tax $ to build network then sell to big 3 again?

@cogeco I've talked to two tech support agents this weekend, and my current download speed is 0.00 Mbps. I've had enough.

Why does the shitty @CraveCanada app only recognize my shitty @cogeco @cogecohelps subscription once a week. This is pretty frustrating that both these companies are taking my money but can't figure their own **** out

  • FlatBandit Derek (@FlatBandit) reported

@cogeco are you having network issues again? Internet down in the Lambton area.

  • pkirkpatrick Peter Kirkpatrick (@pkirkpatrick) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco They said they can’t help and that the prices listed on your site are only for new customers. = no love for existing customers.

  • LauzonBradley Bradley Lauzon (@LauzonBradley) reported

@cogecohelps also how do 3rd party site have better outage maps than you? Pure laziness? People that dont know what they are doing? There has to be a reason why cogeco is such a shitty company. Even dial up providers have better support.. step it up or shut it down.

  • GeneralWeirdnes Kyle Greer (@GeneralWeirdnes) reported

@cogeco How is your service so terrible? Constant internet drop outs, guide isn't accurate, app doesn't work.

  • tower_Guy 🗼TowerGuy🌲 (@tower_Guy) reported

@lawrence_eta Please reach out to discuss my experience working for Toronto Hydro Telecom before it was sold to Cogeco. There is a smart way to help that does not duplicate resources.

@cogeco @sciencetargets Is there an internet issue today?
