@cogeco Cogeco customer service sure treat their customers with rudeness and attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. My call got cut off just when I was explaining my situation to Richard the Supervisor. They have my acct. info & yet does not give me a call back to resolve my issue

  • cogeco Cogeco Connexion (@cogeco) reported

Dear customers, We wish to inform you that we have implemented solutions to resolve the situation, and now you should progressively see your services restored. It is important to note that this appears to be a broader issue not exclusive to Cogeco. (1/2)

@cogecohelps @cogeco Will a credit be applied to my account considering services were down a few times this week and its impossible to get through to you over the phone?

  • ScuzzMcFuzz Scuzz McFuzz (@ScuzzMcFuzz) reported

@cogeco You guys need to start handing out credits. I shouldn't be stuck paying full price for a service that only works some of the time.

Change the DNS settings on your Cogeco modem to manual and point DNS1 to 1.1.1.1 and DNS2 to 1.0.0.1. Problem goes away. #CogecoDown #cogecooutage

@ihoplad @cogeco Now I'm really thinking about switching service providers

  • DannyzReviews DannyzReviews (@DannyzReviews) reported

@Spooky_Booty @cogeco 100% this! Sending out messages like "be patient" or "we're sorry for the inconvenience" while billing me for the full service amount is unfair and just goes to show they don't give a ****.

@cogeco All the service providers have been DDOS’d they’ve been attacked by hackers, not their fault folks these things happen
