    @cogeco Any update? I understand it’s an unforeseen problem, but 3 hours is a rather long time an outage.

    @MailJunky @cogeco It’s a dns server/resolver issue. The dns is what directs you to the correct website, so the internet works, just u don’t get directed anywhere. You can use cloud fare dns to get around it

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Hardly doubt someone would've think this was planned. If so, it would have been the worst time ever. But with the quality of your usual service It wouldn't be a total surprise honestly.

    @aschwabdotca @cogecohelps @cogeco We have switched our DNS settings from automatic to using manual. Googles dns server is 8.8.8.8. And 8.8.4.4. You can google it for verification. This will allow access to internet again. Can reset back to automatic once Cogeco fixes issue with their DNS server. Hope this helps.

    @cogeco Hi Marilyn. Thanks to you and team for hard work. My internet seems back up but my phones (thru cogeco) still dead. Is that part of same problem?

    @b4technology @cogeco I'm sure my network is back up but my network name and password have been reset. Need to find a way to reset my wireless networks
