    Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.

    @davegagan1 @cogeco Did you get that when you tried to open the epico app. I got an error code when I opened mine up this morning. Not working

    I can’t believe I’m have to switch to Bell for Internet and cable because @cogeco is always down 😠

    I don't why @RogersHelps and @cogeco hates Detroit fans. They NEVER put on the Detroit feed. Always sucks being your customer!!!!

    Another let down by @cogeco @cogecohelps. 45 minutes waiting on chat with technical help and I finally gave up. I had to contact @cogeco last week because of issues. I guess it's normal to have to unplug the Epico box everyday to make it work.

    @cogeco WORST TV/INTERNET EVER… they should not be allowed in the business… I lose internet EVERY DAY… yes every single day and usually more than 1x
