    @cogeco @cogecohelps Been on hold for 2 hours and 26 minutes. I get there’s an outage but no one should ever be on hold for that long. I left Bell for their poor customer service and returned to Cogeco for this crap? This outage has been on since 7am!! Unheard of!!

    Hey @cogeco! What gives? Epico service hasn't worked all day. Any updates? The radio silence is kinda unprofessional. Send an email at the very least! #fail
