@cogecohelps Anyone know why I’m unable to log in to stream @Sportsnet through my Cogeco account? Getting various errors such as the login page freezing/not loading properly, TVERR500 error, XML error, or “subscription not found” error. Internet is working fine otherwise. Thanks!

@cogecohelps @cogeco yes i have speeds are also 1/3rd then what they are suppose to be. If I use your DNS then it just keeps dropping using the google DNS for a workaround to get on and talked to others they having issues as well heads up :)

@ihoplad @cogeco The service in Oakville is awful again today. It has been ~2 weeks of bad to no internet service. I’ve been on the phone waiting to speak to cust support x 1hr. I’m unable to do my job, kids are unable to connect for eLearning, turning this lockdown into even more of a nightmare!

Honestly @cogeco @cogecohelps our WiFi has dropped at least 6 times since 8am! It is down just long enough to disconnect our online meetings, causing major disruptions, stress & anxiety. #cogecodown #needwifi
