@toddycoupe @neverfever @outagedetect I had to do it in my modem/router since my mesh WiFi was failing with the broken DNS. If you're using the Cogeco WiFi you should be able to set on either laptop or router.

@cogeco Here's how to fix it on Mac: Settings > Network Click on Wi-Fi on the left. Click "Advanced..." on the bottom right. Click DNS at the top. Click the plus sign on the bottom left under "DNS Servers". Type 8.8.8.8 Do it again for 8.8.8.4 "OK" and "Apply"

There is a sporadic outage with Cogeco internet services provider across the province. This may effect users dropping off Google services and Meet. Cogeco says it is working on fixing this issue ASAP.

@cogeco The issue appears to be related to DNS servers - if you set your DNS servers to Google's Public DNS your service may work. DNS server: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
