    @cogeco Won't fall for CS who decided not to refund me. I am documenting it all as instructed by the RECORDED agent (prior), stating refunds issued when service issue call is made asap. ISSUES ARE DAILY. @CRTCeng

    @cogecohelps My COGECO Internet is not working. This is happening very often. Now even after repeated resets it still not working. Unable to contact support which keeps asking for personal ID number which is not provided. On the App the AI assistant is useless

    @cogecohelps Once I opened a ticket and Cogeco recognized the outage, they resolved it. But, your support should not have waited for a customer to convince you of an outage in your own network. Aren't you monitoring your network for outages and impact 24/7 ?

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often

    @cogecohelps Hi, Sandra! The other member is in east Hamilton and had no Cogeco service since yesterday around noon. There was an issue in finding restoration of service time or cause of disruption with your app. @JTkksmom

    Wow @cogeco @cogecohelps outage during Masters. It's like the old days of failures middle of Super Bowls middle of Tyson fight. How many 9's do you provide? Five 9s? Four? Three 9s?

    Just another day woth @cogeco but you pay through the a** for the service. No credit and misogynistic CS. " In My culture , we don't speak that way". Sorry i don't fit into your nigerian culture.

    @cogecohelps Cogeco increased my bill by 6 bucks and didn't even bother to notify me good customer service Cogeco I'll be downgrading because of it... thanks for the increase with no notice.... appreciate that
