    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco
