Your poor-grammar email notwithstanding, I'm seeing no evidence that Cogeco operates a parcel delivery service, or that it has a Terminal 2 (you didn't provide an address) where my alleged parcel sits, awaiting my clicking on the link to pay you $1.25

@cogecohelps @TekSavvyCSR so do I still pay for my 'service' today. At least once a month we lose service because of Cogeco...if I wanted to put up with this I would have signed up directly with Cogeco

Spoke with Cogeco network tech because they found UPNP was turned on in our router. Confirmed it would not kill Apple services. I told him few subscribers would understand this warning. He said, “Most people don’t get it.” Pause. “Actually, you’re the only person who did.”
