    @mylesdennis @cogeco I have been having the same issues..I even called once and got a rep who said looks good but let me reboot from here even when I told him not to. Then someone with actual knowledge cold called me said I was looking at some reports..listed my symptoms..and booked a tech visit.

    @spug92 @cogecohelps @cogeco Some emails have gotten through, many others, no. I still haven't received test emails to myself from my gmail account. Spent an hour on the phone this morning and the rep said she will escalate the issue and someone will get back to me..So far, crickets.

    Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.
