@markhmasters @TSNTennis Hi, this is OT but I use to be able to record several TSN Tennis matches at once. Now when I setup my recording I can only record say tsn865, not 863 simultaneously for Wimbledon. Same was for Roland Garos. Is this my provider Cogeco issue?

  • BryanRGMewhiney Bryan R.G. Mewhiney (@BryanRGMewhiney) reported

@TekSavvyCSR apparently i'm not the only one having internet issues. cogeco customers all over hamilton area are having problems.

@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

  • mylesdennis myles dennis (@mylesdennis) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco A supervisor was supposed to call me this morning regarding my issues last night and so far no one has called??

  • theMediaman Stephen Wear Your Mask Clark (@theMediaman) reported

@Bryson_M They're going to have to sell off some assets, like Bell did for MTS. I could see them selling off the division to Cogeco or @Videotron *me dreaming* If Videotron bought Freedom's mobile network, they'd have coverage in the four most populous provinces.

@glendalloyd16 @cogeco @ptbochamber Matt Wickham your service is unreliable and overly expensive for what’s actually delivered. I’ll be switching back to fine as soon as my contract with your company is up. I’d focus more on that than sending out videos about what you’ve done to improve when you’re actually worse.

  • 77bird17 Rob (@77bird17) reported

It's truly amazing that the only cable you can get in Halton is @Bell or @Cogeco, they are so afraid of other companies they have exclusive rights to the area, my @TiVo has been frozen for almost an hour, I know how to fix it but it happens at least 3 times a week.

@cogeco #Cogeco once again no notification of outages sent to my phone. Still have to wait 30 min on the phone to notify you of the outage instead of just going to page on my phone. When will you take customer service seriously?
