    @cogeco @cogecohelps really disappointed right now ordered cable and a new modem last week never got the email saying it was shipped and tracking number, woke up this morn internet isn't working and when I called they said my equipment will be here today and thats why my internet

    I've had this tv and internet with @cogeco for years. I've just cancelled my service because I've been offered a MUCH better deal. I'm being charged $75 cancellation fee for EACH service. $150 to cancel! Disgusted and pissed! #cogeco #internet #ripoff

    @cogeco Hi, we have an internet outage in Burlington since 11:00 am this morning . Your outage map says that it’s resolved but we still don’t have service!

    Pretty fed up of my @cogeco internet being down frequently since last Sunday. I work from home, this absolutely affects me in too many ways.

    @cogecohelps could you please tell me why since we have upgraded to a higher speed and new router, we loose our Cogeco connection almost daily? I tried calling the support number, but as it seems so many other customers are having issues,I am on hold for over an hour.

    @cogecohelps @jvknft @Sup3rDave Why have you not followed up with myself that I reported early morning of Dec 5. The issue has not been resolved. I have cleared my cache and do not authenticate on the Cogeco site.

    @maddferret84 My internet dude. Not working. Little bit of everything. Weather caused my internet to stop working and Cogeco and the city are doing nothing about it. Even hard wired my modem. It’s all ****** up man. My ***** are swollen
