    @cogeco @cogecohelps This is now the 3rd or 4th time this week alone you have had DNS server issues. When are we expected to have this resolved and not continue to go down? This is severely impacting my ability to work from home during this pandemic.

    @cogeco I still don't understand why you keep in business if you can't provide service and hang up on customers when they call to get answers. How am I supposed to work from home or my kids learn if there's no internet, this is getting ridiculous.

    @cogeco Can't get their **** straight huh...huge area outage and even using the website to connect with them the customer service number on website says it out of service and the chat is huge wait time...this is the only way to keep informed?
