    @alexmac1230 my Cogeco service has been out since 9:15 pm Saturday. Nobody can give me any answers.

    @Niagara_411 They’re never directly informed to customers, but their cogeco site for internet status does list planned maintenance days, its usualy very early morning or very late at night for least disruptions, since off peak

    Gotta say the one part of owning a home that I could do without is door-to-door sales. It’s family day and really didn’t appreciate @cogeco pushing us to purchase their internet service and coming into my home.

    To get disconnected in mid of interview or presentation choose @cogecohelps .@cogeco .During pandemic when every one is working from home .If you want to tinker around a working network ,At least send a notice or work during non core hours . Disappointed Nth time

    @MeanMrGene @cogeco @cogecohelps Strange. I’m in the north as well. It’s been off and on all night and now complete outage and I can’t access the Cogeco website from cell service which is working for all other internet pages. Ugh, frustrating.

    @cogeco tried to file a complaint about your online portal not working properly and being difficult to use. Got an error message because your online portal doesn't work properly. #internetcompanycantinternet #paytoomuchforitinternet
