    @cogeco Just sat down to watch 10 Mins of tv. EPICO not working ... wifi down again? My daughter has a presentation in 5 mins and I’m back online teaching in 30. This is getting ridiculous

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Meh, I'm good, it's not so much the 'tech issue'. I'll just sit on hold half the day only to fix it myself in the end anyways I'm sure. Again, you guys need someone that actually knows how to do stuff, and speaks fluently in both English & French DM me! Lolz 🤙🏼

    @cogeco is the worst internet provider ever. If you like your streaming to constantly buffer, or better yet your internet to go down with no explanation for a week choose @cogeco . I know when my contract is over they will never see a dime from me again

    @cogeco I just called Cogeco and was on hold for 15 minutes to get to customer service, and the agent picked up but hung up right away. I’m frustrated!
