@MacheteKillz You got that right. Cogeco is an abolute horrible company. I have never seen anything like this bullshit. Tower dies 5 times a day and we are told "they see nothing on their end" yet it continues to die 5 times a day.

@cogecohelps @blackdragonroll Id love to watch stuff if I wasnt with the worst internet company on the planet. Cogeco needs to stop scamming and overcharing customers for blatently terrible service

  • clicksalot99 clicker (@clicksalot99) reported

Unless you want absolutely horrible internet which disconnects 5 times a day @cogeco is a garbage company. They overcharge for "ultimate fibre" internet which completely blows and disconnects 5 plus times a day. Stay FAR AWAY

2/ 6pm still no service, TekSavvy is too lazy to do anything other than look at the status of the ticket. Cogeco refuses to tell me when the ticket will be completed because I’m “not a customer”, even though they’re the ISP who provides my internet

Dear customers, We are currently investigating an issue impacting our EPICO service. We do not have an estimated time of resolution, but we will post an update when we receive more details. Thank you very much for your patience while we work on this. Tristan Cogeco

@JustinJChambers @TekSavvyCSR @cogecohelps If you did not already know...Cogeco is a terrible terrible company who overcharges for absolutely brutal service

@wesbos Nice to see some real speed in Hamilton. I’m happy enough with the 1Gbps cable service from Cogeco, but $95/mo is a bit pricey.

  • clicksalot99 clicker (@clicksalot99) reported

@adammckerlie @cogeco Yeah steer clear of this scam company. They overcharge for horrible services. Wifi dies constantly. Why anyone chooses this company when there is Bell....is beyond me

  • BigStinkyRat_ Rat (@BigStinkyRat_) reported

We've had Cogeco for years and it's always been bad, but at least it was bearable. With my parents having bought wifi boosters (from Cogeco), a ton of new issues, as well as the ones listed above, have emerged.

  • MRAARONTRUTH Aaron P (@MRAARONTRUTH) reported

@Bell This is not true. any rain or storm. If your neighbour had bell expect interfering and signal loss. and it’s 150$ and the pods suck and turn off by them self. should have stuck with cogeco.
