@cogeco @cogecohelps seriously can your team fix the internet and cable!!!!! Either that or your CSR’s enjoy hearing my voice as I am calling daily or multiple times in a day. AND I HAVE TO UNPLUG AND PLUG THE MODEM BACK IN. WHY???? Why I pay good money for your garbage product!

My 90 year old FIL has been without his landline, or cable TV, since last week. @Bell_Support and @cogeco feel that leaving him without service,with no date to fix, is acceptable! We will be moving all of his services, and our own, to others who value decades long relationships!

@cogeco very, very disappointed in your chat function. Horrible customer service. Trying to help my parents, Jen from your chat wouldn't offer any help at all claiming the equipment supplied by your store wasn't there's. Thankfully we got Larry on the phone. Greatest tech ever!

@cogecohelps why do tech agents refuse to help me set up my cogeco email acct? nothing but dicking me around..until they help set up my cogeco email i'll refuse to pay the internet portion of my bill!
