@seimooooooo @cogecohelps @cogeco With cable the speed comes and goes as its shared with everyone in your area. I get average of 800mbps as well and goes above that after midnight. Have you tried clearing the router cache? You would have to login to your router to do it but that helps sometimes

Cogeco has got to be one of the worst for customer service and following through on issues they are so lucky that I’m too cheap to go to Rogers

@the_sheepzilla @cogecohelps @AverageCanuck Cogeco loves to deflect responsibility and try to convince their customers that they're at fault. "No issues on our end, I dunno what you're talking about. Call this number, wait on hold and we'll eventually tell you to restart your device"

@bigpillowcasee It's the access point. The access point turns the internet into wifi. The one Cogeco gives you is hot garbage, the quickest way to fix ****** wifi is to replace the access point.

@cogecohelps @sportsnet why several times a week does it say on SN Now that my Cogeco subscription does not include Sportsnet?? It does. And half the time, it works. Is this Cogeco's issue? They seem to have a ton of issues, all the time. Fix it please. Getting annoying.

Glad @cogeco finally removed the cable from above my yard, but weird that they would run it across my yard instead of investing in a couple more feet of cable to run it to their actual customer’s yard and up. Plus, what is this stuff in there, styrofoam? Weird.

@cogecohelps working from home has been really stressful with a bad connection. We followed all the steps today and still only get 7 to 12 mbps download on the wireless portion of the cogeco modem. The network name with 5G appears and then disappears. Resetting has done nothing.

@cogecohelps There are so many people tweeting about this same issue. Just fix it. It is not a user issue, it is a cogeco issue. Just be honest with your customers and say that you're having problems. I'm not wasting my time on the phone.
