My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@cogeco phone/internet/cable down in Dundas since this morning. Power was restored quickly, but Cogeco still out. Website says ETR was 3pm, now changed to after 5pm - says follow social media for updates but there are none. Why is it down if power came back within a few minutes?

@pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.

Something going on with Cogeco internet service in Kingston. Download speed for live stream jittery and has dropped below 30mbps. Anyone else having trouble with their Cogeco internet in Kingston tonight?
