@cogeco it's bananas the hoops I have to jump through for you to send a technician to fix my internet. You sent a tech before but he didn't fix the problem now I have to open 24 more tickets to get another tech to my home to fix the problem. @TekSavvyBuzz

@cogeco Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount of of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers with give one month free for the inconvenience. You give 2 bucks.

@cogeco Cogeco you are yo provide us customers with Service that we pay for. The Service in Windsor Ontario has be down 3 TIMES in the last 4 weeks. You have a serious problem protecting your customers for the services that we pay for. PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS
