    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps has to be the worst customer service in the industry I called to speak with a technical advisor and you said reset your modem and hung up Hahahah what a joke

    @cogeco is saying there’s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng Imagine someone with very thick accent stating they were born in canada but "myculture doesnt speak like yours". If you're born & raised in here & your accent is so thick , you've never , ever got to know any other culture or...he's a liar. (& everyday 👎 service)

    @cogeco You sent me a final bill as our service is done, my father in law passed away, for $0.49.....50 cents. You really are going make me incur a etransfer charge with my bank for $0.49 cents? Seriously? No, are you really serious?
