Charles (@Charles55961330) reported@cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. Itβs time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
