    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.

    Cogeco fuckung sucks. My wifi keeps cutting out and I am FURIOUS. I’m trying to do **** here and work on stuff but I can’t bc of this terrible **** service

    @cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.
