    @cogecohelps hello can u please kindly confirm when your current residential Internet services will be back online I’ve reset my Cogeco wifi modem twice today as it works for a little then goes down I see on the outage app that your having issues just wondering as I’m on data 📲

    @cogecohelps when when i call customer service why does cogeco employ people that cannot be understood because their English dialect is not understandable? When I have cogeco land line, why do agents tell me to reset modem, thus disconnecting the telephone? worst service around

    @cogecohelps is there a current issue with the Global TV app syncing our log in? It won't authenticate even though I can get into the Cogeco site with my email/password.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Unfortunately we have been on a few calls with your tech and they do not have any suggestions. We are going to get a separate router and see if bridging will help. We run a small business from home and zoom calls are a daily occurrence.

    @locne555 @Bell Oof. So sorry to hear Loc. Hope they do something to keep you as a customer. If not, there are smaller companies like Cogeco and Primus, Virgin Mobile that may be better be bets for internet going forward.

    @cogeco my wifi has been cutting out periodically throughout the day. There is no internet shortage in Burlington. Please advise what can be done in order to fix this as this has become a constant issue with the Cogeco internet during school hours.
