    @cogecohelps LOL! No, they can't. I just got off the phone with support. They simply disabled the WIFI on my current modem, which is absolutely unacceptable. Also, when I tried to escalate I was told that was not an option. This is horrendous customer service, typical of Cogeco.

    Wow is @cogeco ever a shitty company. Been waiting for close to 3 hours for the Tyson fight I paid 50 dollars for to come on. NOTHIN. What’s the deal? Customer service has no clue what’s going on either.

    @cogecohelps Problem still not resolved and the rep closed the chat. Should we just go ahead and cancel now after not even a day? I'm really starting to remember why I left Cogeco before.

    @cogeco When I signed up this morning for the 80$ internet service (the ultrafast), your agent told me that there will be no ETL fees if I cancel before the 120 month period . But the order summary email clearly says there is an ETL charge. Please clarify
