Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.

Erik Boivin (@tattooPeel) reported@cogeco What wrong with ur service its always disconnecting i cant even load a msg on X before i loose connection! tried to reach you via the internet but i loose my connection so What do i do exept calling and cancelling i pay for 1000 mb i get not even 150 mb and up load .4 mb!

Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

John Bugailiskis (@John_Bug) reported@cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
