    @cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.

    @cogeco Resolve your DNS issues. My internets up strictly because i changed the DNS server on my router. This is unacceptable from a network provider to have the same issue twice in a week

    @eesa_rahim @cogeco I like Roger's :) I had them when I lived in the city and I had cable phone unlimited internet roger security for 120 a month that 3 more things for 40$ more and I didnt have this much issue.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco It is not the point cogeco the fact I am paying way to much for services that are problematic I have had bad service for 1 or 2 yrs and this is adding to the anger
