    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    IM SO PISSED OFF AT GITHUB the copilot they offer with no protection to users is badly corrupted! destroyed and creates viruses in my networks killed 2 modems from cogeco and 15 pcs in one go! AI is bad! it can kill us before we even realise there was a problem

    @cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….

    @cogecohelps Guests asking for their own cart in a full service hotel is definitely at the top of the list. When you're on vacation you're supposed to avoid physical labour - but these people don't get it, and they have a hissy fit. #Cogeco

    @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.
