    @LilSarahBelle @cogeco It’s not considered an outage lol. It’s the Epico server. I told them they need to be quicker in communicating out as I just wasted my time with them

    @cogecohelps having issues with Cogeco supplied modern/router. 2.4g wireless not connecting. 5g is fine. Power cycled router and both worked. But now 2.4 not working again, 5g fine. When connected to 2.4 it says "no internet".

    Cogeco is the worst internet service I’ve ever had and yes, I’m including when I was a kid and we only had dial-up.
