    @PaulChato @cogeco Are there any features that can help? I work for a telecom although not the one you're talking about and Call Control will work if this is automated. If it's not, if it's literally a crazy person, it's a lot harder :/

    I have spoken to a tech with Cogeco and I set up wht *** going on with our white box,he told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for one so I set it up with him but now my mute button won't come off when u touch it or I can't turn the TV off I need help plse can someone help me

    @cogeco @cogecohelps still no internet access in Crystal Beach , Cogeco unwilling to provide any update / status or timeline. The level of service is terrible and frankly unacceptable !!!!!

    @cogeco 5 years never had problems now we had a snow storm black out and now I can't use nothing not right your team needs to get on it and fix the problem just not me it's others too in the Dundas area

    Day 10 , more lies and mis truths from Cogeco . The issue may be resolved on Tuesday . Please be very careful if you are considering using Cogeco services , the customer service is awful and there is no communication (when they do communicate they lie ) @CTVNews

    Day 9 , still no internet connection . Cogeco continues to provide no updates or timeline for the issue to be resolved . Total lack of customer service , think twice about using any of Cogeco's services .

    @PaulChato @cogeco I had a similar problem years ago. Same solution. Am on anti spam CRTC fed list, no effect. Use only cell phones now. 🙄
