Cogeco (@cogecohelps) reported@Jeannette_Leigh Hi Jeanette, Sorry you are having issues. Did you contact tech support about that? Thanks, Jodi Cogeco

The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps At the moment it looks like we're going to have to cancel this move rather than spend weeks trying to contact everyone we have our email addresses set up with. That's more work than we can afford to engage in. This move has become a total disaster. #Cogeco #CogecoHelps

The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps We're switching our internet and phone service from Bell to Cogeco, but how do we switch our email addresses? We don't want to be held hostage by the risk of losing our email, but we can't take that risk. What can we do? #CogecoHelps

malak (@_malatonin_) reported@Terror_Bvnny Ahhhh idk im not very tech smart sorry dude. You could always contact the wifi people or get a new router (that’s what we have cause cogeco sucks)
-
The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps That means I'd have to switch my email address for an untold number of services. I don't think I have any choice but to cancel this move from @Bell and lose out on hundreds of dollars in savings every month. This seems ridiculous to me. #Cogeco #CogecoHelps

The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.
