    @TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

    Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

    It’s 9:48pm in Oakville Ontario. Anyone else still having issues with #cogeco Internet and phone services. On hold with them and there is no recorded messages about problems.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

    Terrible @cogeco experience Internet keeps dropping, tech has been out equipment exchanged etc issue continues, now it’s a ‘known issue’ and the solution is to downgrade my internet and wait upto 3 days with no internet while they send me another modem!!

    Major @cogecohelps service outage reported in St. Catharines (including mine). Power outages also reported in some areas. No ETA from Cogeco but they are aware of the problem.

    Sad in Batawa ON we only receive less than 2GB for 15 years. September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

    Couldn’t agree more - @cogeco recently scammed my 92 year old grandmother by telling us her phone service ended a month later then it actually did, then removed the promo rate from her bill. They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.
