    @cogecohelps according to the cogeco reported outages site, my area outage was reported at 10:54am, and the resolution estimate just got pushed back until 4pm. This is the same outage from last night

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I've sent plenty of DMs, the problem either doesn't exist or is being caused by our hardware (even though I'm plugged directly into the modem). Just tired of being given the run around so I've called some other providers to see what they can offer
