@cogeco get an email saying we have given you better internet at no extra cost. It’s just as ****** as before and when you call you get the same answer. Nothing wrong with modem or signal. Never get help call all the to@e and nothing.

@cogecohelps Thanks, nothing has been done at all with Cogeco. Plus Bell and MNSi came thru and dug their lines in which didn't help. Seems like after that, it got worse. I still think they damaged my cogeco line to my house.

Nice work @cogeco you are screwing us all with inflated billing rates again. Time to start shopping again because the substandard service, technology and customer service isn’t worth the rates. Ugh.

Xplornet: xCI already has a national Fixed Wireless network, mobile in MB and deep pocketed backers (Stonepeak Infrastructure). Cogeco: could split Freedom with XCI of Rogers decides to forgo adding a national competitor via XCI.
