@Bell Can you please put fibe in my area, we moved 2 blocks from where we used to have bell fibe and for some reason its not available here. Now we have @cogeco and it's pure ****. I would switch back in a heartbeat!

Well now not only do we have Cogeco causing problems now Canada Post is in on the act. They didn’t deliver an expected parcel yesterday and now there tracker shows that it won’t be delivered until sometime tomorrow or as their web site says “by end of business tomorrow”. Like WTF

@cogecohelps I have a *temporary* cable strung through the trees in my front yard… and it’s been about 2 years! I called to remind Cogeco weeks ago. I have not heard back. Can someone contact me to fix this please!!

@IBeatUpCakes @itsmikemade @cogecohelps If you check downdetector dot ca and reddit posts its a ton of ppl in Ontario and northeast and mostly Cogeco customers, so its related to a problem at a data center? Either way I don't think its a modem issue.

@bigpillowcasee It's the access point. The access point turns the internet into wifi. The one Cogeco gives you is hot garbage, the quickest way to fix ****** wifi is to replace the access point.

@Iucaidc @cogecohelps @cogeco +1 on this. I promise you will lose every cogeco customer who has access to bell ftth if you guys don't do something soon about the joke that is uploads speeds on cogeco in 2021
