@handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng He said he's a Canadian born Nigerian. But again , if you're educated in the school system and bothered to get to know or hang around another culture , your accent isn't as thick as those that just arrived here. Never. This woman just didn't speak the way he liked.

@cogeco You know what else nobody likes? Every customer service agent at your company to be Indian, without exception. We want people who can speak English.

@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

@cogecohelps Why does one of our channels cut out in the middle of a show and go to a cogeco ad?? Numerous times.

Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

@cogeco Why is Channel 505 not working? Tried the Support help but no one seems available...🫤

@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

@Bell .. trouble shoot and ensure connections are tight when installation guy was already supposed to do that and won't just send him back. Problem still unsolved. You're a bloated monopoly that's grossly inefficient. We'd have stayed with @Cogeco with its better staff, but crap tech.
