They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.
