Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.

@cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.
