@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps @cogeco I guess that explains why their Service is so lacking. If there’s no other provider, who cares if the service is any good? There’s other options besides cable. She doesn’t need internet.

Looking for a new high speed internet provider. Apparently @cogeco can't come fix a line problem from a truck ripping out their lines. Apply within!

@RogersHelps I’m not your customer. My mom is. She’s blind. She’s not on social media. I have @cogeco account. Pretty soon, she will too. I know my @cogeco rep on a first name basis. Not like your lousy contractors.

@cogecohelps @Chathamboy12 Sandra would have to be pretty magical to take me out of my Cogeco-induced anger after a month of the tv freezing, looking at big pixels, internet not working and someone in tech bargaining with me that he will give me a one day discount.

@cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip
