    @cogecohelps to all of you for your support & help lately as at 5:15 our Cogeco TV Internet, home Phone &WiFi are all back working. Thanks to a COGECO technician who knew what he was doing. Fixed the issue right away. The brand new cable laid 12 Sept had TWO FAULTY ends. THANKS

    @cogeco @cogecohelps nothing like negotiating a locked in price for 3 years through customer loyalty program. Only to raise your rates 3 months later. How underhanded. Then have a 45 min wait time to have to speak to someone to rectify. @bellinternet heads up. New customer coming

  • Goldegearz Nicholas Hewitt (@Goldegearz) reported

    @doctoriceman200 @cogeco There’s a power outage downtown. It’s probably the issue

  • alexwilson96 Alex Wilson for Ward 13 (@alexwilson96) reported

    @olliefromkenoll @AcornHamilton Municipal Broadband would be when the City in this case Hamilton sets up a public company to provide broadband (internet service) to residents. The same as Cogeco or other companies do currently. I proposing we look into this possibility here in Hamilton.

  • Akamaru015 Maru (@Akamaru015) reported

    @cogecohelps hey cogeco, remember that contractual agreement we signed you know I pay you. You provide internet? Yeah that? Why am I having 3 outages in my area a month? And not like quick oop it shut down I mean like 8 hour outages. Hamilton ontario if you were wondering

  • petethomascpa Pete Thomas (@petethomascpa) reported

    Even when I look online for pricing for existing customers and find a price of $94.99, the best they’ll offer me is $122.50/ month. I have Bell fibe getting installed on our street as we speak. It’s like @cogeco wants me to switch. Terrible customer service
