1/ Lots of genius at work today : A thread. @TekSavvyBuzz and @cogeco. Some big brain at TekSavvy disconnects my service at 1pm, and then another big brain at Cogeco closes the ticket without restoring service at 3pm. Discover this at 4pm and new ticket is submitted.

@globeandmail theres no competition because the others cant afford the equipment insurance and service costs. Remember, its not just about providing internet. Is the government going to direct roads being dug up for extra internet/phone/cable lines? I dont think so. Bell/rogers/cogeco fight it

@cogecohelps cogeco lied from start. Lieds into the worst cable we have ever experienced. We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then

@MacheteKillz You got that right. Cogeco is an abolute horrible company. I have never seen anything like this bullshit. Tower dies 5 times a day and we are told "they see nothing on their end" yet it continues to die 5 times a day.

@wesbos Nice to see some real speed in Hamilton. I’m happy enough with the 1Gbps cable service from Cogeco, but $95/mo is a bit pricey.
