@cogecohelps is Cogeco having an outage in downtown Hamilton? My internet has been out for over an hour, and I can't load the Cogeco webpage for a phone number to call. I work from home and need to get on the internet ASAP

Cogeco is down province wide! I wonder if online school has something to do with it. Students are using their data to email me in a complete panic and my response has been, “It’s okay. For now, take a walk outside and when your internet is back, I’ll work to catch you up.”

Hey @cogeco, is there a problem on your end with the internet? All of a sudden, the kids lost their school connection, and we have full internet "connection" on the modem. I cannot connect to the internet at all.
