Jim Parsons (@JPWP) reported@fanCRTCProfling @cogecohelps Just checked availabity: switching from Cogeco to @TekSavvyBuzz ASA-f’n-P. Hitting pause on all my investor pitch calls until this transition complete. It’s not just that Cogeco sucks (it does) it’s that their ****** service over last 48hrs caused me serious reputational harm.

Adam Roffel (@AdamRoffel) reported@brockmclaughlin The biggest "issue" is that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines they use, so if there is an outage (or in my case last year, the 'box' was too congested which meant slowers speed around 8:30-9:00 PM with heavy load), they need to wait on Cogeco (in Chatham) to do the maintence, etc.

Scott McConnochie (@Auxscott) reported@cogecohelps having trouble with TV service video is unavailable amber data light keeps flashing #cogeco

The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.
