    Surely it’s easier, faster, fewer customers calling/on hold, less frustration to just tweet or post online that you’re having a system outage for a certain area... My goodness - even Cogeco can manage that...

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Hi, is there an outage in downtown Hamilton? Our Internet is maybe works for 30 seconds before going out again. We’ve tried resetting the modem and router.
