    @eesa_rahim @McclaskinAshley @cogeco I was with bell 1 year, internet only. I called to cancel my service the first time, thought everything was done, no more bills, I even sent the modem back and the sent a confirmation email. But they never shutdown my account. They were charging me for over 6 months

    @eesa_rahim @McclaskinAshley @cogeco I called them over 12 times, every time they said I shouldnt get a bill and my account was closed, then a bill would come. Terrible service from bell I would never go back ever

    Really unacceptable level of service from #Cogeco over the last two weeks. Two system wide outages. Kids solely learning online. @cogeco @cogecohelps
