    @cogeco Will Cogeco be providing any compensation to their customers? This is a huge outage with terrible timing (and affecting businesses, people who are working, children attending school, etc.).

  • basilcrab basilcrab (@basilcrab) reported

    @cogeco get your **** together, cogeco, my canadian friend is very unhappy.

  • NealYako shihPoop (@NealYako) reported

    @KeeganB63977789 @cogeco Sorry, if we are paying over $100 a month we need superb connection AT ALL TIMES. Since the summer, I’ve noticed COGECO being on and off. The internet will randomly disconnect sometimes for 15 minutes...sometimes 20. And now this. 10 year old customer here.

  • StuGotss12 Stuart Kelly (@StuGotss12) reported

    @cogeco your internet sucks

  • Simardtweets1 Simard (@Simardtweets1) reported

    @cogeco with a province wide interruption with their internet service. I cant think of a better way to get terrible advertising during homeschooling.

  • BullheadedTiger Hey! I'm Robbz (@BullheadedTiger) reported

    @cogeco Good job Ontario.... 5 days into 2021 and we have ALREADY broken the internet. #amused

  • broxsterman Guy (@broxsterman) reported

    @cogeco With such a substantial outage impacting millions, during a pandemic, I think more frequent updates would be appropriate

  • rj_tweety rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported

    @cogecohelps It just calls out Cogeco doesn't have an incident response plan especially for communication and the status page is useless when it does not function. Banner on your main site should be updated when experiencing a major outage. Please pass along to management. Thx.

  • MarkLegault Mark (@MarkLegault) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers is the cogeco outage at all related to problems with Rogers? We have been getting connection drops all day and it’s incredibly frustrating

  • r_quinla Dr Roberto Quinlan (@r_quinla) reported

    @LizLoveLake It's a weird day. We have no problems at home because we have Teksavvy, and yet it runs on Cogeco infrastructure. Some other tweets have mentioned this but state tech stuff that is beyond me. You gonna have to burn through your cell phone's monthly data by hotspotting it?
