@cogeco Here's how to fix it on Mac: Settings > Network Click on Wi-Fi on the left. Click "Advanced..." on the bottom right. Click DNS at the top. Click the plus sign on the bottom left under "DNS Servers". Type 8.8.8.8 Do it again for 8.8.8.4 "OK" and "Apply"

@justincooke182 @cogeco Curious as to why changing the DNS resolves the issue. Does it imply that the issue is not with the internet service, rather it's with Cogeco's DNS gateway? Or do you think they took down their DNS gateway to look into an issue with their service?

Hey @cogeco. Service is down in St Davids too. We have one working from home and one studying from home. This looks to be widespread. No pressure, but COME ON!! #cogecodown.
