@AnjaKaradeglija The CRTC has never been there to protect Canadians. Ever since it was established it has been actively helping Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, Cogeco, etc. to gouge Canadian consumers. In Canada there is no effective consumer protection for Canadians for any product/service.

Hey @cogeco internet in Waterdown sucks right now. It generally sucks, but right now if it sucked any more than it currently sucks it would become a black hole and life as we know it would cease to exist…which may actually be more appealing than trying to streaky audio on Cogeco

@josh_leverton @Bell_Support When I was with Cogeco. If something like this happened, They did give you a credit if they couldn’t fix the issue for a long time like this. We had better wifi with Cogeco as well. Bell is so disappointing.

@CannaCurva It's Cogeco for us, my mom has at times been like, "Why download certain stuff when we have Netflix and you can watch it on there?", then I'd save them from boredoom by putting movies or shows on a USB drive for them when Netflix was unavailable due to the internet being down.
