    @cogeco Not being a @cogeco customer

  • tfdrover Td (@tfdrover) reported

    @justincooke182 @cogeco If DNS is down you could also hard code DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. COGECO could even temporarily make their DHCP service hand this out automatically avoiding any static entries. We were not affected as we don’t use COGECO for DNS.

  • StuGotss12 Stuart Kelly (@StuGotss12) reported

    @cogeco come fix this internet lol most expensive of them all and still terrible signal

  • churchill_girl nic (@churchill_girl) reported

    @cogeco Rebooted it yesterday when we had issues. Rebooted it twice today. Using the excuse there are more people working from home and it causes delays is baloney. We pay for a service — provide it or adjust your rates to reflect the service you CAN provide.

  • Deeedsy Deet (@Deeedsy) reported

    @cogeco Nope still dealing with your terrible response times . Wait over an hour on the phone only for the “call to drop”

  • stevensackley60 Lydia Ann Stevens-Ackley (@stevensackley60) reported

    @Krock1057 @cogeco Call @cogeco and get a credit on your bill. Just ask if you experienced an outage! Why pay for something you didnt get!

  • bulldogsdad30 Dave Watson (@bulldogsdad30) reported

    Once again @cogeco proves exactly how shitty their products are! #Epico is a complete joke! No service during the Gold Medal game! ****!
