@cogeco And what is cogeco doing for customers? We pay over $300 a month for phone, internet and TV and we are increasingly seeing outages, interruptions and sub-par service.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I pay a lot for your internet. It always seems to go down. Ill be giving my money to another company. When i am in college in zoom calls and cant join it is annoying because i am losing out on my education that i also pay for. So goodbye

Cogeco was down yesterday and it was fine but I want to thank everybody at Cogeco cause they were working hard to fix it and the switch from bell to cogeco was awesome thanks @cogeco and @cogecohelps

@cogecohelps @cogeco You should be setting the secondary dns for all customers and systems to 8.8.8.8 then if your dns goes down you have an alternative one then it would not go down like this. That is what I did to get back up and running within 20 minutes after I found out it was a dns issue

@cogecohelps Yes. I had to login and reset my SSID and password. I also had to work through and restore/reset my mini TiVo boxes. What an absolute pain. I imagine Cogeco will be compensating its customers in some shape or form
