    Upgraded internet. Got new cable modem. Installer left old one. Called Cogeco. “Mail it.” Me: “I’m around the corner from ur offices” Cogeco: “Mail it” I drive down to HQ. Enter. Woman freaks “Covid”. I’m masked. 12’ away. Her: “Mail it” I leave it on table. Exit. Was I wrong?

    @cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. How come my Internet is going down every night around midnight? Last night it was out for 3 hours. It’s been out an hour now. I really don’t feel like calling in at this late hour. Thought last night was a fluke. 2 nights in a row? I’ve rebooted the router. No luck.

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco Lucky!!!! Nothing here. Just spent an hour on hold for someone to tell us their aware of the outage and it won't be back until 4:30am. Funny how they know about the outage but their site says other wise.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell I don’t understand how it is that you can’t send a technician to fix their mistake. I realize mistakes happen but what shows your ability to serve your customers is how you fix your mistakes.

    @Adragna10 @cogeco Is that the only response you can give? Your charging good money and your service stinks. Hrs on hold, no internet, cable, I smell big fat rebates to your customers or you better. Absolutely ridiculous

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @CogecoBusiness I have a client who cannot email Cogeco. I have called Cogeco support and chat with you. I was simply denied support. This is not an internet/TV/Cable issue, but your email servers blocking an external client. I need Senior support. Help.

    @cogeco the customer service saga continues. We have been informed that we cannot expect to get full service back until mid July. And you feel this is acceptable

    @AlfredShamaon @cogeco It wouldn't be such an issue if Cogeco would report an outage since obviously there is no. If you look on their sites it still says no outage.
