Another power outage in Hamilton. Area Robinson and James st. Getting so fed up with these outages.If its not Hydro its Cogeco . This has been going on for months. I know today is bad snow but its a pain.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Appreciate that, last time i called i got a message saying "Please call during the hours of 8am and..." and using twitter is almost impossible when the issue is occurring. So mid afternoon around now is the only time I am able to use my Internet.

@amber122185 @w8cjs @cogeco I actually preferred Rogers, and there is much worse. Bell is pure garbage. They charge out the *** for really ****** service, and they conveniently forgot to tell us that our Internet wasn’t actually unlimited. Imagine our surprise when we got the bill.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Help it make sense - I pay extra $35 for superspportspack with 35 channels & paid for sportsnet bundle with 6 sportsnet channels. Today the 2 NBA game I want to watch are on new sportsnet 360 channel that you have to add. Seems like a money grab scenario?

@CBCNews is just a blank screen. (By the way, as a public broadcaster, why should anyone have to sign up or download Gem to get the news?). Poor showing @cogeco and I look forward to my 4 day rebate on my next bill. (That’s a little humour there).

@cogeco Can’t access MyAccount, reset password, called Tech Support, they removed and made new account. Still unable to access it. Says password and username doesn’t match. Very frustrating. Guess you don’t want me to pay my Bill?

Hey @TekSavvyBuzz it's shady that when I change internet plans, you charge for the new service on day I subscribe, not the day the new internet its connected (2 weeks ltr). Intentional overbilling & leaving it to customers to correct you isn't a good practice. Moving to @cogeco
