@cogecohelps Steven I am aware of both of the points you made. I've been a Cogeco customer for over 30 years. Add on packaging is not really an option if you live on a fixed budget.

@cogecohelps: Cogeco really sucks this week. For the third time several HD channels, including Chex 702, and time shifting channels are out. Neighbours in our building say that we should switch to Bell. Don't want to do that, but getting tired of re-booting without success.
