@RobertJVeevers2 @cogecohelps @cogeco Interesting... I may shoot you a DM later to gather some information. Daily I have an issue, it be minor to no internet at all.

  • bhruchi87 Ruchika Bhatia (@bhruchi87) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps Logged an official complaint against you guys at the consumer court of Ontario, since you’ve done nothing in the last 3 weeks to fix our internet problems. #cogeco #cogecohelps #consumerservices @homeservices

  • ceemady ChiChi C (@ceemady) reported

Also, Cogeco gave me my $200 plan for $120 since I was trying to cancel/downgrade my services. So this WHOLE TIME I was just paying them extra for fun?! Smh. Thankful regardless.

  • leckie_sean Sean Leckie (@leckie_sean) reported

@Menagerieof22 "keep" -- I'm employed by a TPIA that serves these lines. This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.

  • Smeggsnbacon Bobby Hicks (@Smeggsnbacon) reported

@cogecohelps Thank you to the workers who went out to fix the issue so promptly especially in this weather. And thank you Cogeco for the transparency. Not having internet sucks but not having answers is worse so thank you for

  • NomeSays Naomi “we’re *not* all in this together” (@NomeSays) reported

@cogeco continue to have frequent interruptions to epico. It freezes, pixelates, sometimes restarts itself. This has been the case for weeks, and when we asked to have the older hardwired boxes instead were told - oh that’s $10/month more. Your service is a complete waste of $$.

  • rj_tweety rj_tweety (@rj_tweety) reported

@cogecohelps why does it always take so long to login to Cogeco via the sportsnet app? And frequently get a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable nginx/1.19.1 error? Not enough capacity to handle multiple authentication tasks?

  • aimee93xx aimee🌻 (@aimee93xx) reported

when cogeco doesn’t send the HDMI cord that is “enclosed” in the package- there goes $10 and waiting a week to get it since Ontario is still locked down

  • aoserd hamlet (@aoserd) reported

@cogeco can you please tell me why I should pay over 100$ per month for ****** service like this

  • mad4erit Chris C. (@mad4erit) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@cogecohelps @cogeco The phone message stated the outage is affecting multiple neighborhoods in oakville, I assumed that was major. How small is the outage?
