  From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. The outage page on our website is currently affected, and we will be posting updates here once we have more information. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this issue.

  @Enna_Acssej @cogeco What kind of amateur organization shuts down their service for their entire eastern Ontario clientele? What kind of gong show are they running. I think I can dump them this year. Fingers crossed.

  @cogeco Do better! Internet keeps dropping for prolonged periods of time. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

  @cogecohelps I can't access my cable or my internet - can't even access the Cogeco site itself right now to check for outages. (Postal code is P1B 9L6) Can you help?

  in the lobby of both bldgs in my complex b/c apt. residents to not get parcel delivery, despite the "door to door service fees" we pay. Cogeco, Bell, Rogers all have parcels sent here for many tenants....The Shopper's Drug Mart at the University Plaza, Dundas, ON is bad...

  @CanucksFirst1 @cogecohelps @cogeco We had Roger’s doing this **** awhile ago they came at 8:45 at night I was at work my wife was there alone dude asked her where I was and if he could come in I called them and lost it and they told me there allowed to door knock till 11pm I said if you ever come back It’s over.

  @alancross Cogeco seems like the only provider having problems. Every other provider seems normal.
