Never go with @cogecohelps #cogeco EPICO TV is horrible. Currently down (again) but @cogeco removed the full rewind feature, claims they still have the reset feature but that is only for a very very few select channels. Their product is going down hill. Say hello to #bell

@lizzyerts @cogeco I switched to Cogeco after having Bell for 20 years, may have been a bug mistake, these boxes are constantly freezing. I called they sent me 2 wifi pod extenders for free & still a problem, they said it was no charge then I get a statement 2 days and they want to charge me?

@thebobbieren @PrimeVideo Mine @cogeco went from Benny knocking on captains door to quit (?) &, clean up poop with stripper guests on board to episode with rich snobs. Never saw sh*t show, crew in hot tub with guests, or tip they got. It was like an episode was skipped? And we pay through the 👃

@lizzyerts @cogeco Same issue up here near Ottawa. Rebooted my modem and the EPICO receiver. No luck. It’s all in them.

@Game_saved2 @cogecohelps I'm getting the same issue started about 10 minutes ago. Alsomtried restarting modem. I switched to Cogeco 3 weeks ago after being with Bell for 20 years. Big mistake. Has this Epico always been so glitch? Constantly pausing & resetting. Cogeco sent me 2 pods makes no difference
