ari runeys☾ (@serizah) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco PLEASE help me my modems gateway is in a continuous boot loop and the power adapter light is also flashing. I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support won’t help because there’s an outage I’m my area but it’s been all day this has been happening

Dr. Robert Aucoin (@RobertAucoin13) reported@cogeco your service is horrible. Epico is terrible. Completely random technology. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Your customer service is worse. After 6 months of being polite I am done. You suck.
-
The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps I don't let anyone push me around but I push back with a custom-made style that's "Deadpool meets Downton Abbey", Jodi. I even have a service award for it. #Cogeco

adam (@24k_adam) reportedThey’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

Fonz (@Allittlefish) reported@robson_tri87484 @cogeco Same here. Wish they never brought this EPICO crap on. Sorry Cogeco but you went backwards. Talk to you soon.
-
Tricia Robson (@robson_tri87484) reportedSo over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

MrsB (@mrsburnside2011) reported@cogeco it’s really hard to stay a customer when your services are going down every month. Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away. This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.
