    A few coyotes around my place I’m tired I wanted to light a fire but my dogs and are staying in I’m lighting the propane fireplace I reconfigured my internet with my equipment it shoots out to the outside to my bunkie I repeat it there. The garbage cogeco gave me is gone!

    Good evening @cogeco , customer loyalty just acknowledged the unresolved performance issues with the EPICO box. In the face of the recent large price hikes and no other options, how should loyal, long-term customer be feeling about the service?

    @cogeco epico was the worst thing you guys have ever rolled out. Really regretting ever switching from TiVO. Please allow the option to switch over #NeverWorks #NotWorthIt #AbsoluteGarbage

    @cogeco I'd like to enjoy the outdoors but I seem to spend my free time dealing with your horrible components and wait times. Tivo junk, modem junk now epico box don't work. 3 hours on phone to switch to epico, 2 hours with techs and a few more on line and in person. Total fail

    @CityWindsorON can we have a free link to the mayor debates? Don't have Cogeco nor did I have enough 💸 to pay for a lunch in as I am taxed too much. Please help with link.

    @cogeco they sent me pods which I pay for to extend my wifi. The fine print is that they will monitor my internet and adjust the bandwidth accordingly. I want the 1 terabyte I pay for not 55 mb download I’m constantly get messages from my smart home internet down now restored.

    @ehSAUCE @cogeco oh ya also, when u call for customer service, it's their Windsor call center. One time we had our fiber line go around 5pm and they still came out to fix it that night.

    @TanyaFusco @Bell_Support This sounds like when I had issues with Cogeco They needed to split the connection to the City the amount of traffic was bogging speed down, through just one "pipe" But they kept playing it to me like it was my issue alone They might be trying to put off infrastructure upgrades
