    Never go with @cogecohelps #cogeco EPICO TV is horrible. Currently down (again) but @cogeco removed the full rewind feature, claims they still have the reset feature but that is only for a very very few select channels. Their product is going down hill. Say hello to #bell

    @David_Moscrop I used TS for well over a 10y, until Cogeco refused to respond to a tech issue at my house. Had to switch to Cogeco to get the issue fixed. Perils of a reseller, unfortunately - low priority tickets in the repair queue. The TS staff even told me that was the issue.

    @jm_731 @lizzyerts @cogeco I tried the customer service number and it’s not working either. Just got EPICO today. Thought it was user error.

    @cogeco is there an epico outage? every channel is down. Seems to be an issue with some others on Twitter right now. ??

    @cogeco I switched to Cogeco a couple weeks ago. TV boxes constantly freezing. They sent me 2 wifi extender pods no charge. Still a problem. Then I get a statement 2 days ago and I'm being charged? It seems switching to Cogeco may have been a big mistake
