@vdavies65 @cogeco We're in Oakville - don't have the issues with 765 but a number of our US channels are showing Cdn channels instead. There was an outage early this am which seems to have resulted in this mess.

@startca my internet service suuuucks these days, my upstream is supposed to be 10mbps but after resetting cablemodem constantly i see 0.5mbps. Is something up with Cogeco/backbone?

@TamaraValenti @Bell I compared the price I was paying (for a lower speed too) to Cogeco, told them I wasn't happy with the increase, they switched me over to someone in the loyalty program and I got my price back down with a speed increase. I started off with the live chat on the website, though.

@cogeco should we be expecting massive issues again with the current situation? My internet has been consistently rating at 1/4 what I pay for for quite awhile now. Is there any improvements being made to handle the load? Considering switching at this point.
