  Previewing second-quarter earnings season for Canadian telecommunications companies, Scotia Capital’s Maher Yaghi made these target changes: BCE Inc.   @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but it’s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

  @cogeco careful when wanting to start with this company, I am late paying my mobile bill, 35 dollars, so cogeco suspended my account over 35 dollars, yes 35 dollars late 12 days so to help them out it's best to CANCEL the service it won't happen again problem solved

  @kinisurrco Nice summary. I think your model is onto something, but at the same time I can't bring myself to buy more $T.TO (I sold $BCE.TO a couple years ago). That probably means it's a good time to buy. BCE is a no-go for me because I don't trust management. They're kings of saying one thing and doing another. Rogers I don't love the focus on sports franchises. Quebecor is still my favourite in the sector. Only a tiny bit more expensive than Telus on a P/FCF basis, but better balance sheet, a dividend that should grow, and a more focused company. Honourable mention to Cogeco too. Think they sell the U.S. part of the company and use the proceeds to pay down debt/do a buyback. They may even potentially take the company private.

  @cogeco outage again in Kingston. This is absolutely ridiculous. 3rd outage in less than a week. They make us pay a premium just so we have 3 outages in less than two weeks. We better get compensation for this BS. Fix your internet. #cogecooutage
