P.S I tried putting a paperclip in the reset hole and I did it for 1/2

Blame gets put on Canada Post even though you guys could be sending trucks out for same day delivery but you want to have better margins for Q4. My internet became literally unusable last week and after multiple escalations your despatch dept sent the technician to fix my modem(replaced my modem). Finally stable internet.
