    Just got @cogeco internet service set up here an hour ago, and it’s already out completely. If you’re in Canada and this option comes up, I’d recommend avoiding - do not set up service with them. I’ll be cancelling within the next 24 hours.

    @cogecohelps More than happy to keep this public. Phone support said the best they can do is send someone on March 3rd at 5pm. The outage was recorded by Cogeco at 12:03am March 1st, it’s now 10:30. Make it make sense? Two outages in two days? Be better

    iF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CABLE IN THE BRIGHTON ONT AREA, STAY AWAY FROM COGECO. COGECO IS THE WORST CABLE SERVICE IN THE WORLD. i CANNOT WATCH ONE SHOW WITH OUT IT DROPPING IT'S LINK. COGECO SUCKS BADDDDDD

    @cogecohelps A cogeco technician said Monday between 1-5pm. He never showed today. Acn/ flash is blaming you guys, you are blaming them. Beyond ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.

    @cogecohelps @BurnMitch57 There IS an outage in the area of N0N 1R0. Switch your modem on and off? That's ridiculous. You, COGECO, should be the first to know when there is an area-wide outage. It should not require a call from an angry customer.

    So @cogeco emails advising me of a price increase in internet services “due to inflation”…seriously? Inflation is decreasing ..increasing financial burden will only increase it again! Plus my damn internet isn’t working properly & I’ve only had it for 2 weeks!! #endprofiteering

    @cogecohelps Is Cogeco mail down? Every time I try to log into my email, it says the password is wrong, however I know that it is not and I logged in early today with it.

    This somehow got resolved on its own, seems like a cogeco issue that they were aware of. Hope it sorts for the rest still experiencing issues.
