    I'm leaving #Cogeco once stores reopen. I'm paying for 40mbps (which I was getting before outages with no problems) now I'm getting throttled down to 1.8mbps repeatedly for 3-5 minutes! Not happy. Any suggestions for ISP?

    @leicester_nell @cogeco You could also refuse to pay them until you’re credited for all of the outages and service downtime. No service provided, no payment.

    Anyone else seeing #Cogeco #throttling since their second outage this week? My speed decreases significantly every few minutes! Video calls keep dropping or freezing...web pages won't load.

    @KeithMcWhirter @MapleDan1 @MIHomeYGK give it a minute. My speed is down to 0.4mbps...paying for 40mbps. Already complaints of cogeco outages out there this morning.
