    @cogeco i just switched from you guys. your internet is just garbage cant stay connected for longer then a day and constantly have to move closer to the router. you guys should quit the internet game you guys suck so bad

    @cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.

    While I appreciate the text message from @cogeco informing me that my internet is down, this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. People work from home & rely on stable internet. Not happy.

    @cogeco no internet in Oakville (Upper Middle and Eighth Line ). I see a lot of others with that issue yet your internet site says no outages in my postal code area. Any idea when this will be fixed?
