Hey @cogeco. Thanks for charging me $350 because I didn't return your broken tv converter. I guess you didn't get the memo but we are in a lockdown due to a thing called COVID 19 and everyone is trying to stay home unless it is important. Tone deaf losers!

@cogeco I tried to get EPICO. The person on the phone actually talked us out of it saying it was far too expensive and not only would it cost more to get it I’d get slower internet. Firstly re-train on sales. And it’s never good to not get people on new stuff

@cogecohelps I get that they are trying to fix it, my frustration is the glib use of the ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ message. If @cogeco was more focussed on providing excellent service and value for money given what we pay each month, the use of glib meaningless phrases would be zero

@cogecohelps It’s more than an inconvenience now, a blip in service is an inconvenience, over 4 hours of outage in the middle of the day needs another description - shocking service provision by @cogeco comes to mind. But after all we are just customers, why would we matter

If Cogeco didn’t own the wires, locally, I wouldn’t stay with them. 2 tech appointments missed with “they called and there was no answer” not matching up with my blank calls rec’d/missed display. Cogeco is the worst.
