    @cogeco I speak to them about 4 times a week and every weekend it just goes on and on...the service is consistently awful. My neighbors all think the same too, we think it’s something in the road.

    There is a reported internet issue along Steeles Avenue. Cogeco says it could last up to two hours as the technician works to solve the problem.

    @cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

    @cogeco Hi Jodi! We’ve reset the modem and spoke with customer support yesterday for 30 minutes and they couldn’t fix it, so a repair person is supposed to be coming by today!

    @cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    @cogeco Spotty service for weeks, a 24 hour outage on weekend and my internet is out again. Dare I say it’s time to return to Bell?!?? This is insanity!

    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! 🚐🚧⚒

    @cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

    @cogeco Hi Karen, following up with this- quite literally every day for the past week at around 9:15-930 I have lost internet service for approximately one hour until the situation seemingly resolves itself. This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    @cogeco I would like cogeco to fix the wiring that they have done to give connection to my neighbor. It has been there since May and he's been calling to fix the connection. I have to remove the tree that the wire is entwined with please take care of it cogeco .it is Sept now

    At least if the Cogeco Outage Tracker gave you no information it would only be useless but it outright lies to you most of the time so it is whatever is worse than useless " down from 2:30 until 3 and then again from 7 until 11" no it was down from 2:30 until 1:15 and counting

    @cogecohelps @cogeco It is exceedingly slow (as shown in my pics). Downloads are great, but cannot use mic or video for online meetings n such - which is very very annoying.

    @cogeco ummm ya'll wanna check your gear? On your network SHOULD be 120/10 Mbs. But I am getting: 106/1 off network I am getting 116/0.1 Yes, I rebooted my modem. It's you, not me, your customer.
