I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

Martin Zarate (@Pxtl) reportedFor anybody who's facing the @Cogeco outage, it's their DNS server. This is a peace of infrastructure that you can work around by connecting to a different DNS server. You have to change settings on your devices not to use Cogeco's one - for example, Google runs one at 8.8.8.8.
