    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! ๐Ÿš๐Ÿšงโš’

    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogecohelps west Oakville is out yet again. Using our Bell wifi back up which we needed since there is always issues with cogeco wifi, but wondering when cogeco will be back so we can watch cable tv again??

    @cogeco Spotty service for weeks, a 24 hour outage on weekend and my internet is out again. Dare I say itโ€™s time to return to Bell?!?? This is insanity!

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

    @cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our motherโ€™s cable as sheโ€™s been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she canโ€™t call herself sheโ€™s had to pay still. She canโ€™t ******* talk. #cogecothieves

    @MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan eBox you can get Bell 1Gbs service for about 40$ just not backed by the same support Bell offers. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often

    @cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

    @cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

    @driver_error Guess they changed to high fibre and our equipment is wrong!!!! WTF why werenโ€™t we notified. So no @cogeco till next week. Wife only talked to 5 different people and they all just pass the buck
