@cogeco our internet line has been cut due to construction on our street!!! Dufferin is doing the construction and its corner of Agincourt Cres and Canterbury Drive!!!!! Out Internet has been down for more than one day and I have a university student here

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
