I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs
