    @SarahTreadaway @cogecohelps Had the same response from my modem issue! Same three lights on! Tech can’t help, they tried three times to fix and to no success. Earliest Tech available from Cogeco is Jan 10th! 9 days, REALLY! That’s the earliest available! It’s time to cancel my service!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps hi guys, I’m wondering why I don’t have the option to sign into the @CTV go & @City_tv apps with you as my service provider. I see the option to sign in with almost every other provider. Fell like I’m missing out. Please let me know if I’m missing something.

    @CRTCeng hello, things are not well in Cogeco land. Only game in town in Burlington thanks to your policies. When was the last time you called Cogeco customer service and been on hold for more than 30 minutes? They have a pre recorded message, been like this for over 6 months....

    @cogecohelps When I called to ask about what happened, the person who answered my call decided to hang up on me, she was rude, aggressive and never allowed me to finish my sentences. Of course I have her name and definitely I will not hire Cogeco after this bitter experience.

    @cogeco customer service continues to be hard to reach with waiting times exceeding 30 minutes. They’ve been upgrading their billing systems for more than 6 months now. Thank you CRTC for supporting cable company monopoly in Canada, we are all suffering the consequences

    @cogeco account suspended for 3 weeks while I was on vacation. First call while in Europe, agent very argumentative and not looking listening. Came back, takes me 4 calls to technical support to unlock the account. Trying to make sense of it from a technical point of view

    @cogecohelps I subscribe to Cogeco on-demand service and have never had a problem watching anything before. I have one season of Homeland where it is telling me I need to upgrade to watch. I’m confused. I already subscribe to on demand? Why would this one season not work?

    @cogecohelps Terrible service from cogeco in Milton. Just found out that my mom has to wait till Monday for a simple TV basic box to work. She has been waiting since Tuesday July 17th!!! First promised last Friday. Then in 24 hrs. Now 5 bus. Days. Damn!

    Absolute disgust doesnt even explain customer support w/ #Cogeco. Theres an open MRO for my node since Thurs & there is no priority to fix the issue. Here I am dealing w/ atrocious service but since its not an "outage" it seems to be treated with lower priority. @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps I use my iPad to keep up to date on tv programs.I use the apps, Global Go, CTV Go, City TV to catch up on missed programs. These apps require sign in to my Cogeco access. Of these only Global displays ‘Cogeco’ as an option. Please permit access to CTV & CITY TV.

    @JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe Yes it’s interesting because when you go to the CTV app it will allow you to sign in with every other cable company in the country except Cogeco. Suggest a certain amount of contempt for their customers imho 😐

    @JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe A friend of mine knows someone I’m not sure what the company is but the thing about Cogeco I hate is that they’re charging cable prices but they’re streaming service is terrible with hardly anything available. And if you live in lower Hamilton you can’t get Bell or Rogers
