    @cogeco I have been trying to get service hooked up since Sept 1st. Scheduled the service almost a month in advance. Still no service. I am an independent contractor who works online. I have now been on hold and transferred 2x today, ON the phone for 46min and counting.

    Voice to text hates me lol. As I was saying people with phone and internet service, cannot call and speak directly to anyone, because we constantly get disconnected. #cogeco @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps I’m really pissed. I can’t even use my phone without wifi assist so we’ve been without phone and internet all week waiting on COGECO to fix the outside wiring but TelSavvy provides the inside service.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco hi! Was there an internet power outage earlier? I ask cause our internet apparently got shut down for a while but it's fine now. We thought it was due to an unpaid bill, which we're working on and paying a bit of soon (and the rest at the end of the month).

    @cogecohelps @mrsmama79 Don’t give her that nonsense. Cogeco prioritizes their own customers over third party issues. I was going to have to wait 12 weeks for an install from a competitor using your infrastructure. Somehow Cogeco was able to install next day though? Hmm.
