@LilSarahBelle @cogeco It’s not considered an outage lol. It’s the Epico server. I told them they need to be quicker in communicating out as I just wasted my time with them

@cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!

Ontario is spending big money to get companies to extend service where it is not "profitable" in rural parts of the province. The profit is for companies like Bell, Rogers, and Cogeco, not seeing enough new customers to pay for the infrastructure. Chicken and the Egg so to speak.

@cogecohelps Then you should update your website, it is still listed in your supported streaming channels. So this is now something else that is steering me away from Cogeco. I am tired of the pixelating and freezing with no solution.

Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.

@cogecohelps @cogeco in an age where outages are reported to you within seconds, you at least need to provide reasoning as to why services paid for are not working Put down the hash pinner and sort the **** out
