  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I've seen since the 1990s but I am sure @cogeco is saving money for their shareholders and that's all that matters

  @MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

  @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

  Service out & u have to fight to get a dollar back. Go to 'new arrival'section & MANY movies are locked??!! Wtf. They want you to pay for subscriptions. Outdated movies on cable so youll to pay for apps. scam. Bill is astronomical & service sucks. @cogeco

  Can someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭
