    @1_idie @cogeco Yep all sports pack channels are down right now. Every year this happens at least twice a month.

    Okay @cogeco @cogecohelps seems like our internet is down already this morning. I've reset everything and still cannot connect on any device. This is getting ridiculous. Time for a rebate?!?

    @cogecohelps tried to do that with no success but that should not be surprising with cogeco's level of customer service.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Do you have 30 minutes? Suffice it to say I cannot get the service to work in a consistent manner and my kids and I keep getting kicked out of meetings. Would love a manager to contact me.

    @SLBM2006 @KevinCeli1 @cogeco Make sure your internet is fast, i have the 360 with 7 people at home, 3 doing online school and 4 working from home, never a problem
