    @cogecohelps @rivermeredith Acquired Cogeco last Sunday. This is the third outage in 5 days. I need to guess and search for information, you don’t take calls... this is an absurd.

    @kimmieM1973 @chillie2 Cogeco in Ontario right? Its another ******* province wide outage. This just happened a few days ago. We hate Bell and just broke down and called them for set-up. Sick of it, kids can hardly learn properly at home as it is!!!!

    @cogeco is down again! Parents, if you have cogeco don't close teams or logout, that way the video streaming continues for your kids.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps come on consumers don’t pay the absurd amount of $ you charge for internet and cable services to have it not working!!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Sandra. Unfortunately that’s not helpful for my kids who have missed their classes today. If you could get this system functional so it won’t go down every time school classes start that would be great.

    Just wondering if @cogecohelps or @cogeco know of any service interruptions today? Seem to be getting a broken DNS signal intermittently.
