If you want your sanity, never use any of @cogeco services under any circumstances. Haven’t had internet for a week due to their complete lack of common sense and customer service. Yo @bell do you know how to install internet at someone’s house in under a week?

Nice work @cogeco you are screwing us all with inflated billing rates again. Time to start shopping again because the substandard service, technology and customer service isn’t worth the rates. Ugh.
