Hey Matt Wickham @Cogeco. Our modem is glitching constantly. You are sending a new 1 which you say will be here within 5 business days! I wanted to pick 1 up curbside in Burlington, but becuz there is an order in the system I cannot. Are you kidding? WFH is bad enuf without this

Cogeco fuckung sucks. My wifi keeps cutting out and I am FURIOUS. I’m trying to do **** here and work on stuff but I can’t bc of this terrible **** service

@cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.
