@cogecohelps Hey Cogeco. How come my Internet is going down every night around midnight? Last night it was out for 3 hours. It’s been out an hour now. I really don’t feel like calling in at this late hour. Thought last night was a fluke. 2 nights in a row? I’ve rebooted the router. No luck.

@cogecohelps Apparently after a planned outage my router decided not to come back online. Buying a new one and will contact the office to get a new Cogeco modem. Ours is 8 to 10 years old and is also getting fussy. Thank you for your help.

@cogeco your service is terrible. Your tech disconnected my service while working on a neighbours house... Heading in to day 2 waiting for repair. Makes online school quite a challenge. Guess it’s time to call @bell.

Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.
