    @cogeco I have an issue with my epico customer service. It's was installed last Tuesday. We are enjoying it but I can't get it on my husband's iPad. Tech was supposed to get someone to call me back because they didn't have the answers. 4 days and I still haven't heard.

    @cogecohelps Pixelated tv last weekend. No service at all 2day. I can c why cogeco needs to increase my rates
