    I thought @cogeco was the absolute worst service. I got suckered into it when I moved (not much competition) and got cogeco/epico. Epic fail. My advice people. expensive service. bad service. Patronizing customer service. stay away. @CTVWindsor

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh
