    @theRyanHook @startca Yup back up for me too. When I saw complaints from Teksavy customers too in the same areas I figured at that point it’s Cogeco issue since smaller ISP use Cogeco copper/fiber.

    @cogeco Excellent customer service - that's what CSRs say. Been on hold 50mins. That's excellence???!?!?!? Can't image what COGECO would do if you hated me - What a joke!!!

    @cogeco No internet in north Oakville while the outage map doesn't show any current outages. What is going on? the connection has been unreliable fo few days now #cogecooutage

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I have called the service line and was told 8 to 10 business days... that's a long time away from my community and my work! Having called should I still fill out the form you mentioned? Thank you for reaching out!
