    Cogeco absolutely dropping the ******* ball. Been out of internet since construction workers split the line on Friday morning, and now they cancelled the appointment to fix it and moved it to 5-8pm tomorrow. What a ******* joke of a company.

    @cogeco so I can’t work because of an outage that hasn’t been reported but I also can’t call in to ask about it because you don’t open until 8:30? This is terrible service
