    @BurlingtonHydro Went to Cogeco's website to get answers because Burlington Hydro customer service is garbage.

    To anyone considering services by @bell @Bell_Support , I highly recommend you look elsewhere like Starlink or Cogeco or anyone else. I've spent over 50hrs on their phone line trying to coordinate my fiber move and they're beyond incompetent and treat their customers like ****.

    Hey @Cogeco My internet stops and starts and is slow. I has been like this for weeks. Your service is terrible. Not in the mood to phone and be on hold .

    @cogeco @cogecohelps we have been without internet for TWO WEEKS. Each time we call the for answers you’re surprised no one has fixed the issue. We both work from home and have spent over $400 on data. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
