    @cogecohelps Thank you Cogeco for the quick response. I've been escalating this with @Nexicom all week. I'll give them to the end of the day. Please DM me with your best ISP offer to maybe sweeten my deal when I decide to cancel my install this afternoon if I don't hear from Nexicom.

    @cogeco what is going on? For the last 2 weeks in Corunna ON, @danajohnston71 and I experience random service interruptions every day multiple times per day. Are you no longer servicing the area? Should we look for a new provider?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps It's absolutely ABSURD. Put my account on a priority list until you figure out how to STOP NETWORK INTERFERENCE TO MY HOME. This isn't a widespread outage and it was FIXED BEFORE. YOU NEED TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

    @cogecohelps I don't think it's a Cogeco issue. I was replying to the other person talking about internet issues today. 😒 some pages went down... like fb, messenger and a few other things. My kids are in virtual school and aren't having any issues. Sorry for the confusion.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Cogeco's solution "Well send a tech in 2 days", "We've escalated this." I literally need internet tomorrow. Not mobile data, I need my internet service. Does Cogeco really have NO temporary solution? This exact same thing happened last month.

    @Bell @Bell_Business I know you spent a lot of money putting the Fibe infrastructure to our new building, and even though I hear bad things about Cogeco, right now, a tin can and string would be 100 times better than your services. If I get a signal, I look forward to a reply.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps So just had the 20th technician come to my house. He replaced my modem (3rd time), replaced all cables, and replaced the splitter. He came when my internet was working so he assumed nothing was wrong. Internet is down again. It's NOT MY NETWORK.
