@cogeco thank you for ruining another stream. This one was my #Christmas stream. Before u respond. U have have techs out 4 times. Failed to fix lines over the past 4 months. Responding with my account number and password is NOT obsolving u of onus. YOU have ruined my show.

@cogeco - can I charge back for your outages? More importantly, can I charge back for my 360 / 30 service when I don’t get it 90% of the time? I have records to show that I get my service less than 30% but you charge me for 100%

@cogeco service has been really spotty lately and particularly tonight. Many neigbours have cable in trees. Likely not the 'last mile'to my house. Can you investigate up the line please?

@Ckuchy Hi Chris, according to the Cogeco outage board they are saying there are technicians currently working on the issue and they are currently saying an ETA of approximately 4:45 PM. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
