    @cogecohelps been a cogeco customer for over 20 years. The amount of internet drops and outages are insane this month. WTH is going on guys. First time I’m actually looking up you competitors offerings. In Oakville

    @cogeco that’s two days in a row that the service is out at 230pm. Is this an overloading issue? The quality of connection has been an issue for too long now. Switching to fibre optic might be necessary if your fibre coaxial system can’t handle the load. Or is it server based?

    @clickondetroit 768K day? Everyone's kids are online working and the network just can't handle it. Cogeco in Ontario had the same problem a couple of weeks ago.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks, but started today at 2:40 pm. Its now 7:40 & its STILL happening. Thats FIVE HOURS. Same last Friday. Tired of paying $$$ for bad service & you blaming "planned maintenance" but ur website states no maint'ce happening. Been customer here for 25 years and losing patience.
