    @cogeco is the Internet down in Niagara Falls area? Got back and nothing is up, have tried reconnecting and that didn’t work either (resetting the modem and what not)

    @cogeco why when calling customer service any I given 2 different reasons why my cable is out? why does customer service ask me to reset my modem knowing it cuts off my cogeco phone when I do?

    @cogeco Nope, Epico is the worst internet based tv service out there! Sitting just now, yet another 'outage', no internet, no tv, no pvr, again!!! Should have stuck with @Bell_Support #cogecoEpico

    @SteveCoville @cogeco I’ve rebooted, power bar all the way off and back on, unplugged etc. and nothing. The @cogeco outage site still shows an outage for us too.

    @cogeco worse service in Ontario! Sunday evening trying to watch soccer game and do work and the Internet goes down! Wtf @cogeco

    Why does cogeco internet suck so hard 😤 they sent a technician just last week because I keep losing my wifi signal and they assured me that the issue was resolved, but I’ve been without a signal for damn near the whole evening.
