    @cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

    @cogeco Just got off the chat with one of your very unhelpful support staff. I truly wonder you’d need me to type out every single information on my profile when you can send me a security code for my confirmation using my name and ac number ive given. I may have to jump ship

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @mscranny @kwebber14 @cogeco Bell is bottom of the barrel slop. The slowest and least reliable wifi in Canada hands down. I’ve tried every wifi in my area and Cogeco has been the best besides all these dumb outages

    @cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!
