Anybody else finding it impossible to disconnect from #Cogeco? They put you on hold for over an hour. Then the line goes dead. If you ask for help, they put you on hold and the whole absurd cycle starts again.

@cogecohelps I’m so sick of seeing ONE MOMENT PLEASE in the middle of a program that we pay extra for. We did go a whole week without it and thought things might be better. Wrong again. Cogeco sucks

@cogecohelps So this is Cogeco, eh? You make it impossible to disconnect services. A customer tells you they were on hold for one hour, then disconnected and your advice is "call an agent".
