12:38 am; @cogeco is back but, running 1/4 of overall speeds vs 1TB downloads that it should be. Happy to have service again after 12 hours of burning up my mobile data. Hope line strength is corrected.

@cogeco Why does your outage tool keep marking it as resolved, then adding a “new” outage. This is classic metric manipulation.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I’m still waiting for internet to be back, it has been 4hours now and I have tried to call your technicians 7 times with no response, all I hear is repeatedly saying unplug the power to restart which doesn’t work at my house, please help, thank you.

Why is it that every time I check with @cogeco about my internet outage, the website tells me that they expect the problem will be resolved in *exactly* 60 minutes. 3x this morning. Now that I know this I won't need to check. It'll be fixed in 60 minutes, regardless when I ask.

@gabbett_matt9 @cogeco My hydro never went out yet haven’t had tv or internet since 1pm, worse yet @cogeco outages page says no disruption in my area. Wondering if they don’t have enough employees to handle the work.

@cogeco I have been checking your outage page that defaults to an hour longer from the time the page loads, now its 404 after telling me my outage was resolved, Cogeco wtf you doin baby?
