@cogeco u we’re subsidized billions of dollars to provide a good service not to give millions to ur executives DONKEYS!!!

  • Humphrey03Pat GIVE IT EVERYTHING (@Humphrey03Pat) reported

So we’ve had issue with spotty internet lately and then all of a sudden, nothing. Call @cogeco a few days back and they said our account was flagged and the lines outside our house need service, nobody could come out till a week later.

Hey @cogeco, we’ve had an outage in K7L 4V1 since this morning and it just keeps extending by an hour every hour. The latest ETA looks like 9:30ish — can we actually expect connectivity again today?

  • rho_sigma_eta Russell Harper (@rho_sigma_eta) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco I did try unplugging it for three minutes, also rebooting via the HTML interface. I just now tried the pin reset. Same result, failed with ISP Blocking Service, code 202. Can connect the TV via Cellular Hotspot, and other diagnostics show connectivity, so TV wireless is working.

  • Mikemmarchand Michael Marchand (@Mikemmarchand) reported

@cogeco why when calling customer service any I given 2 different reasons why my cable is out? why does customer service ask me to reset my modem knowing it cuts off my cogeco phone when I do?

  • mikejmaude Mike Maude (@mikejmaude) reported

@cogecohelps is cogeco having issues in north end of welland? I'm having some pretty bad lag issues. I've reset my modem already. Just curious if it's only me

@NBomb Toronto Hydro had such a network, sold it to Cogeco. Don’t be surprised if the City of Toronto’s network will go the same way eventually. Also, from what I read, this is just trunks/backbone, doesn’t have last mile, expects someone else to do it. (maybe I am wrong).
