I'm in Pet, I was once paying $135, threatened to leave and now I'm paying $75 tax in for 1gb down. Starlink also has some pretty big reliability issues fwiw. Occasional internet outages is unavoidable it seems.

laura (@lauralittlewd) reported@cogeco we pay so much for the internet we rely on considering we don’t get cell service in our area. with the constant unpredictable outages you should at least compensate your customers and businesses that go full days without internet.

I rely on internet for my job, I am now using my personal data to be able to work, once my data runs out today, I will be needing to take vacation time for this issue. Super annoying.
