    @cogecohelps There is an outage in Milton as reported by some sites yet your website isn't reporting an outage. I wonder if cogeco is on top of d situation or this is another disappointment!Even when i call it says there is outage in milton.Whoever is updating status on the site is sleeping😡

    @cogeco Having the Outage page on your website actually report this instead of telling us everything is ok would probably save you a lot of incoming support calls. Meanwhile.. guess I’ll go shovel. Yuck

    @cogecohelps More than happy to keep this public. Phone support said the best they can do is send someone on March 3rd at 5pm. The outage was recorded by Cogeco at 12:03am March 1st, it’s now 10:30. Make it make sense? Two outages in two days? Be better
