    @BradJConnolly @cogecohelps If we can’t provide internet through the phone lines, it’s either that they’re not our lines or they’re not compatible with our service.     @cogeco Just tried to order #cogecoEPICO and was turned down. My old TiVo died last night and now I have to go 5 days without any TV until the replacement arrives. They are incapable of changing from replacing my old TiVo to setting me up with the new system now that the order was sent.

    @cogecohelps the internet in our area is absolutely terrible. Cogeco needs to fix the service in this area before all of us leaves for a better provider. It cuts in and out so much we have had to up the data on our cellphones.

    @cogecohelps so the problem is my fault and not cogeco's is the standard answer.. it's bull **** your lack of customer service.

    It dropped for 5 minutes. I had to unplug my modem and plug it back in. If this is a sign of things to come, I'll be canceling this service. @cogeco @cogecohelps
