    @cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

    @cogeco Won't fall for CS who decided not to refund me. I am documenting it all as instructed by the RECORDED agent (prior), stating refunds issued when service issue call is made asap. ISSUES ARE DAILY. @CRTCeng

    @kitty_kattkait @cogecohelps What’s your theory that some Cogeco employee rammed in to a power wire? Lmao. You people are insufferable. Something caused the wiring to cut off the internet. And guess what? They’re on the way to fix it. This ain’t Harry Potter a wand can’t fix it in seconds. Fk you’re trash

    Oh, dear. Is there a massive internet outage in Canada? Cogeco, Bell, Rogers, Telus, Teksavvy and more are reporting problems. Check Downdetector. Everything seems to have started around 2pm EDT:

    @cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.

    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.
