    @Bell @cogeco For crying out loud, you started as a PHONE COMPANY, and now you can't even do that right, warning us the phone won't work if there's a power outage. Phones were better in the '90s because outages HAPPEN. I hate you, @MarkjCarney, for letting this happen.#CdnPoli Also #genocide.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!

    @peggy_blair It’s ridiculous. Like when I called Cogeco to negotiate a better deal - I was told the advertised rates were only for new customers. So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me
