Rogers: “The Commissioner fails to consider the impact of entrants and reduced barriers to entry and expansion resulting from the CRTC’s MVNO Policy. “ The MVNO policy is designed to prevent new entrants. (Though Cogeco may be able to offer temporary service in limited areas.

@pluc @cogeco @Videotron In other markets where there's "competition" there is still only one physical grid, though, and one grid operator/maintainer. I have no idea how it works for cable network infrastructure though.

Nothing feels better than @cogeco s internet dripping during a ppv. Idk why this happens almost every day but between them locking their modems and dumb crap like this I'm really starting to look at new isps
