    @cogeco Again, Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount off of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers customers would get one month free for the inconvenience.

    Here’s my almost daily @cogeco complaint about my internet being out again... any ideas when it’s coming back on today? Still waiting to hear if my bill will reflect the service I didn’t receive.

    @cogeco just switched to Epico. It keeps freezing out. Can you help? Paying a fortune for a service that so far has been VERY VERY disappointing!

    @cogeco I have a message for the CEO of Cogeco. When was the last time you looked at the poor reviews on Google that Cogeco is getting?. Do you really care?. Do you not want to improve customer service?. Are you even concerned about customer satisfaction?. Are you the CEO for just money?

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @Bell spoke to 3 "technical specialists" in the past 3 days, none could fix my issue. 2 service calls neither fixed my issue. the next time I call that # is going to be to cancel my service...

    FYI VLC/Webplayer people. We are back on the normal feeds since last night. Sometime on Friday Cogeco fixed the local packet loss issues. I HOPE.
