    @TekSavvyBuzz @CBCNews I’ve since moved and they have service here but I’m using Virgin on their lines. Bell’s coverage further up the 105 isn’t great. Cogeco do a better job at some parts but not that far out! It’s ridiculous to suggest this connection wasn’t due to the Bell CEO’s cottage.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps a Cogeco Tech 'Supervisor' just confirmed that our perpetual internet issue is congestion in the neighbourhood - no resolution timing - minimum "months". Cogeco has oversold their capacity, and customers just need to suck it up. Unbelievable

    @cogecohelps Sandra, I’m a 15 year customer and no one else in Canada has my name. Look me up and you will see many, many notes and ‘tickets’. Do some homework and you DM me what Cogeco intends to do to provide the services I am paying for. I have spent enough of my time already. Your turn

    @cogeco I have a tech coming to my house as we take possession. I assume it's a Coaxial cable that is brought from an existing buried line. A modem is attached, perhaps to be located in the garage or service panel or? From that modem is there an ethernet output and/or Coaxial? /2
