@CdnChamberofCom AGM Digitalization of Small Business panel: Corban Secor of @cogeco talks about digitization being "too big" for most SMEs to hire specialists, but the key question is what's the problem you are trying to solve and what partners can help. Right size. #CCCAGM21

@cogecohelps We're switching our internet and phone service from Bell to Cogeco, but how do we switch our email addresses? We don't want to be held hostage by the risk of losing our email, but we can't take that risk. What can we do? #CogecoHelps

@mikalskuterud 2 days ago the CEO of Cogeco (one of the biggest telecom companies in Quebec) told all major industry leaders at the CCM (Conseil Canadien de Montréal, a form of big corporate chamber of commerce) that he would support raising the minimum wage to 20$. Quite the media stir!

@cogecohelps That means I'd have to switch my email address for an untold number of services. I don't think I have any choice but to cancel this move from @Bell and lose out on hundreds of dollars in savings every month. This seems ridiculous to me. #Cogeco #CogecoHelps

@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.

@cogecohelps At the moment it looks like we're going to have to cancel this move rather than spend weeks trying to contact everyone we have our email addresses set up with. That's more work than we can afford to engage in. This move has become a total disaster. #Cogeco #CogecoHelps
