    @fanCRTCProfling Yes, Bell sucks. Always has. Always will? Rogers sucked years ago. Now much better. Cogeco awful. Videotron consistently good except pricing. Orono Telephone Company was lousy. Lansdowne Rural Telephone was good. Telus (new) not awful. TekSavvy middling, Lightspeed good.

    Ok @cogeco let’s figure it out. I deleted my tweet from last night since I mean I guess at 10pm an outage is excusable if maintenance is required. But at 2:40 on a Wednesday afternoon, this is infuriating. Fix the issues.

    it didn't happen this time but isn't it cute when they send a little ":-)" after their messages... or like. i made a cogeco rep chuckle the other day while asking for an evening service appt, since i couldnt garauntee i'd be awake for a morning one. cute!!

    @cogeco the internet disconnected out of nowhere 3 or 4 times this month. I'm paying $120 per month and I expect a flawless service. What can we do about this? Otherwise, I might just need to change providers.

    @cogeco get your **** together. If you're going to provide lower quality service I expect to pay lower prices. Ridiculous I'm paying $120 and goes down constantly. With so many competitors I'm surprised you're confident in your services running poorly.
