    @cogeco terrible customer service.....can't contact via phone....try online chat support to fix On Demand channels that don't work....tech says it is fixed but isn't and now channels we used to get don't work anymore....and our bill is going up $12/month + tax....ridiculous!

    @cogeco tried twice online to get our On Demand channels fixed with no help from technicians....then lost channels we used to get....why are we paying more when we don't even get some of the On Demand channels we are paying you for....and to be on hold for hours is ridiculous

    Due to the incompetence from @breezeline @cogeco (parent company) I haven’t been able to do anything online for quite sometime now. Help to resolve issues doesn’t seem to be the slightest of thoughts to these new companies. Read reviews first, check out downdetector before 1/2

    @cogeco I have an issue with my epico customer service. It's was installed last Tuesday. We are enjoying it but I can't get it on my husband's iPad. Tech was supposed to get someone to call me back because they didn't have the answers. 4 days and I still haven't heard.

    @cogeco dissapointed that my bill is going up $12, and I have been a customer for less than 6 months. This is the second time its gone up, what gives? Hard enough to survive with the price of gas, groceries and general living right now
