    Hey, @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet has gone down and a router reboot did not solve it. Tried calling support and it’s busy. What gives? Perhaps a tweet to update users affected?

    @cogeco @Niagara_411 Easy fix is to change DNS settings to googles server of 8.8.8.8. Problem solved, uncheck “obtain DNS server automatically”

    @cogeco I’ve signed up to receive texts when service goes down. Service out for 30+ minutes. No text.

    Useless government. Idiots not following basic rules to stop the spread of a pandemic. Now Cogeco can’t even function. Why do any of us live in this terrible province?
