    @cogeco @cogecohelps nothing like negotiating a locked in price for 3 years through customer loyalty program. Only to raise your rates 3 months later. How underhanded. Then have a 45 min wait time to have to speak to someone to rectify. @bellinternet heads up. New customer coming

    @cogecohelps internet has been out since 2:30am, Cogeco blames it on @HydroOne but my power has been on since like 10:30am. 8 hrs since my power is on so what gives? Outage page says there is an outage but just adds an hr to the estimated time from when you look at the page SMH

    @cogeco I want to say that I can't believe how DIFFICULT it is to reach someone who can help me with the simplest of requests because unless you're adding/upgrading, a couple of hours of your day is lost. Really? Are we still here?

    @RogersHelps Been with cogeco all my life and I can’t remember if I ever lost my services once but I moved to Hagersville 2 months ago and only could get Rogers out here but it’s been down twice for over 24 hrs each time and the internet out here is slow . I can’t wait for cogeco to get here

    @carebearica @JoeMorra2 Good lord lol. Mine is around $270 2 cell phones & iPad (30gb shared data) Home alarm **** TV, I do pay an extra $100 a month or so to Cogeco for my internet but I am done paying for major broadcasting that I don't watch 99% of the content.
