@ParamountCanada hey guys I need to know about season 5, did I already miss an episode?? When and where? What time? What happened?? Cogeco cables guide showed season 4 ep1 airing, so if it was the premiere my dvr didn't record it because Cogeco messed up their guide, please help

@cogeco Its pretty difficult to have a service changed or "leave" Cogeco when every time I call in I am put on hold for over 45 minutes and have to hang up. Great way to reduce Churn. Please DM me a direct line... pls

@cogecohelps I'm reading on the Cogeco contact page & it says "speak with an agent, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, & the number. What's going on with that? And where is an email address that I can contact you? The only options I see are through Facebook or this way Twitter. Piss poor service

@jasonrosewell @cogeco Xfinity usually overshoots their prediction with us. Our electric provider ComEd is usually pretty good but they have an interactive map so you can see if its a bigger problem or not. Some companies are great, some suck. Have you tried calling them? Maybe the suedo forgot?

@VinceGaetano My wife had the same problem. Our remote doesn’t have a “back button” labeled. We are with Cogeco. It took me a minute to figure it out, because it’s not labeled.

why does amazon want me to pay 1.99 per episode for yellowstone or buy a season pass for the show in a service i already pay to watch. it’s like cogeco stopping me to tip them $3 to watch tim and friends when i already pay for cable. ridiculous. back to torrents

@thefrav @cogeco Calling cogeco support routes through sales first (at least it has in the past for me). Brutal. Their Twitter support is way better.
