    @cogeco Won't fall for CS who decided not to refund me. I am documenting it all as instructed by the RECORDED agent (prior), stating refunds issued when service issue call is made asap. ISSUES ARE DAILY. @CRTCeng

    @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    Hi @cogeco @cogecohelps today is the 2nd day I get internet service interruptions. You only get 3 strikes and I go shop somewhere else.

    @peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh

    @thisisgrazie @cogeco @Bell I would call "Loyalty", dept and discuss it They're great. It's also handy to make a note for a month before your 2 year deal ends to remind you to renew another deal on time Just a tip from another customer.

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! πŸ™„
