John Bugailiskis (@John_Bug) reported@cogeco Pretty disappointed in Cogeco's tech support. Lost internet, tv and phone early this morning and told they can't get anyone over until Sat. That's over 48 hrs without being able to call 911 in the event of an emergency.

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

HumbertOst (@christiancont) reported@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

MamaStyles (@MamaStyles77) reportedCogeco admitted today their new cell service is problematic and glitchy as they work out the links.I had to make an emergency call today and I couldn’t complete it,and I was stranded somewhere because of it but they won’t credit me the whole 30 bucks for the month. Seriously?😒
