    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Again tonight no Detroit feed. I really have to get rid of Cogeco. Who in Canada wants the Colorado feed. Thanks Cogeco for always disappointing your customer. @COGECOSUCKS

    These @cogeco people don't give up. Even if your walking away from them at the mall they will still yell their pitch at you. If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    Signed up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help
