    @cogeco I have a message for the CEO of Cogeco. When was the last time you looked at the poor reviews on Google that Cogeco is getting?. Do you really care?. Do you not want to improve customer service?. Are you even concerned about customer satisfaction?. Are you the CEO for just money?

    @Classful @cogeco like an hour or so east of Toronto, on lake Ontario. I get 150 down and 10+up I've never had issues before this week :(

    @andrerobichaud @JayOnSC I left bell 15 years ago, Rogers and Cogeco now, so glad I did. They treat their customers like **** and now I see they are the same with their employees.

    1 entire week of packet loss, 3 service calls, 1 new modem, and it STILL ISNT FIXED LIKE PLEASE @cogeco

    @Max_Grincha @cogeco I got the same problem I paid for 10 upload and I'm getting 1 to 2, which is causing a lot of lag. I contacted them 2 times and they told me it is my router. I bought my router a month ago.

    @cogeco Again, Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount off of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers customers would get one month free for the inconvenience.

    @cogecohelps Also can you help with this, I ended up getting two modems and one was brand new and one was used and full of gunk and Cogeco is refusing to activate the new modem and leaving me with used one
