    @cogeco Outage map is saying east city in Peterborough has no outage anymore. After multiple resets of my modem this is clearly not the case. Still no internet at this time even though it is reported as fixed.

    @Earthma27960017 @cogeco same here no problem getting power back but having a tough time getting cogeco back online. Other ppl I know as soon as there power was restored so was there cogeco no problems

    @cogecohelps Thanks Graham but Iā€™m literally chatting with Cogeco right now and they are saying the website is not accurate or up to date. My postal code says no outages, Cogeco technician (yesterday and today) says there is still an outage,

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Is there any updated info on Peterborough service? Your website still says there is no outage at my address, but no amount of rebooting, unplugging/replugging will change the fact that there has been no service since Sat.

    @cogecohelps I spoke with a technician. They said outage. Why does the site say no outage AND why does everyone else have their Cogeco service working but me? The entire area has their internet and hydro back.
