Everyone in #sarnia is helping our seniors out. @cogeco suggests paying $15 a mo to pause service until it can be transferred, if equipment not reusable it could be up to $600 (eating into limited insurance money). Relocation will have an additional fee as well.

So close of cancelling @cogeco!!!! Send me a damn tech, free of charge because I’m telling you somebody is piggy backing off our line. We can’t even watch tv and we have the best internet speed.

@CBC Don't know if this is limited to @cogeco but I'm tired of the delayed audio when watching both CBC channels (reg and hd). Its like watched dubbed Japanese and has been like this for weeks. Fix it!! #nuisance

@Bell officially had Bell fibe TV for the last week. I've spent just as much time re booting the system as I have watching it. Bell has been a nightmare. A wk an I switching back @cogeco is where it's all for TV an internet needs. I've been a cell customer for over 20 yrs.

@TaraJeffrey Hey Tara, my mom lived in Fairwinds. Might want to do a story on why @cogeco is charging people $ if they don't return their cable boxes in a certain amount of time. They apparently don't realize people's possessions were destroyed. @Bell is not requiring this. Cogeco is garbage.

@Mr_Bevers yeah I definitely should, considering cogeco just raised my rates- $102.50/mo + hst now for 180mps down/10mbps down, unlimited bandwidth (I use minimum 2000gb/mo)

@cogeco @cogecohelps internet not working in at least part of Gravenhurst. Someone else in my neighborhood has already called. Perhaps update your "check for outages". Again.
