Jay Dee (@JayDeeWriting) reportedCogeco’s revised their ‘resumption of service’ note about half a dozen times this morning-curious when the tv actually comes back on
-
David K (@K60952838K) reported@Badwolf_books @cogeco I couldn’t agree more, the website just adds an hour to whatever time you’re checking on the service. Give us sensible answers instead of nonsense
-
Anthony Bilotta (@Anthony_Bilotta) reported@thekage75 @cogeco I had the same issue. Site said no outage in my area. I called Tech support at 5 and they confirmed an outage. Said we should be back up by 7:00. I can confirm that didn’t happen and pretty sure it won’t be happening soon.
-
macivor (@drmacivor) reported@cogeco Is there anything that can be done to improve the stability of the system in foul weather -evenif it would take a few years to do?????
-
AnnK (@AgentAnnK) reportedI would drop cogeco in a hot minute after all the problems they’ve given me this year but it’s a bloody monopoly in my area!
-
Jordan (@iamjordanexpert) reported@cogeco It’s been down for 24 hours now, are we to expect compensation? The other companies are fine, as they prepared for the impending weather. Why didn’t you? This can’t soley be a hydro issue as there aren’t many.
-
Andre Cleroux (@AndreCleroux) reportedDear @cogeco, I’d rather you tell me no ETR rather than just taking the current time + 1 hour for my resolution. My original 19:00 resolution from yesterday has long passed. I’d rather you simply be honest!
-
CanadianGambler (@CanadianGamble) reported@cogecohelps @SElsbury @cogeco Nah its everything can be the middle of summer and services go dead and then takes you guys hours to figure out the problem. Last summer they went out at least 5x for 4+ hours on bright and sunny days
-
Scott Elsbury (@SElsbury) reported@cogeco Let’s be honest here , if it were sunny and 20 c out you would still have outages all over the province, customer service is not a priority regardless of the weather
-
Bitzy (@Bitzy_b) reported@cogeco How come you led everyone in for 21hrs instead of just saying “its to unsafe to send out our technicians” absolute **** customer service. “Itll be an hr” - @cogeco when they havent even dispatched a single tech yet
