@cogeco Are there still internet problems ? Mine is slow loading pages and I have the “weak security “ wifi showing. A few of my friends do as well. This is concerning. What can be done? I’ve directed messaged since you were down and no response.

@cogeco Hi Cogeco. Since you cannot consistently hold up your end of our service agreement we would please like a guarantee that we will not be charged for breaking such agreement early. We need consistent services for our home based services. Thank you

@KevinCeli1 @cogeco We switched from bell about 18 months ago for the savings of over $100 a month . Bell had no service issues . Now we need decent internet for the kids schooling . Might have to switch back .

@leicester_nell @cogeco You could also refuse to pay them until you’re credited for all of the outages and service downtime. No service provided, no payment.
