@cogecohelps @cogeco I was able to get through to a lovely gal named Chantal on the phone who was able to help me, even though it was me speaking with her the whole time & not my mother. Funny how she could help me & so could Steven & Amy back in March but Cole couldn't today.

Give me strength - I have to go to Cogeco today to get them to swap out our digital cable box that no longer works. I know I will be treated like an idiot (are you sure it was plugged in?) and offered dubious solutions. I’m ready - a new cable box or cancel the account.

@cogecohelps there seems to be a problem with the finale episodes that have been playing on tv and that are saved in Cogeco on demand for the married at first sight S13 E17 and E18. Rather than being the decision day episode and reunion part 1 it’s the 1st and 2nd episodes?

@GlobalTV @cogecohelps Actually it is usually a Cogeco issue but the past week or two it has been a Global website issue. The dropdown on "sign out" says I am subscribed to Global yet the live stream says I am not.
