@mitchel_susan We have Cogeco lines but through Teksavvy. No issues, but our ever diligent on line teacher lost her connection and was trying to teach through her phone. We are so lucky to have her. She always goes the extra mile for the kids.

@carol_nasvytis @CBCAlerts @cogecohelps Can you login to your cogeco modem? If so you click on connections and wan then edit then where it says primary dns you click manual and enter 8.8.8.8 then where it says secondary dns set it to 8.8.8.4 then save. It will restart your modem then you will have access again

@JCCWhyte @CKWS_TV Now that was slow.. took 1'15" to send.. cogeco must be throttling broadband to prevent another crash

@cogeco Will Cogeco be providing any compensation to their customers? This is a huge outage with terrible timing (and affecting businesses, people who are working, children attending school, etc.).
