    @cogeco is the Internet down in Niagara Falls area? Got back and nothing is up, have tried reconnecting and that didn’t work either (resetting the modem and what not)

    @davidhindsmith @Bell_Support @TekSavvyBuzz I’ve been thinking of switching over. I negotiate pricing with Bell on all our services - 2-3 months later, pricing starts to rise. Never had this issue with Cogeco. It’s time to do some shopping

    Dear @Bell_Support - your small biz support services suck. Not even sure what I’m paying for. After 3 weeks, 3 tech visits, a missed tech visit (I wasted 2 hrs waiting for), still don’t have wifi functioning on my patio. Looking forward to calling @cogeco today.

    @cogeco when are you going to fix this, it's been two months! I've called so many times I know some of the CSR's personally. The whole street! Come on, be better!

    Our internet went down 30 minutes ago on Trout Lake Road in North Bay. I am on hold with tech support but thought I might get an answer here quicker?? Is there an outage? @cogecohelps @cogeco

    @trustednerdscl1 @DRIVEN_SERB @CarryTelecom ive been with them 3 years. yes sometimes there are issues but rarely for me. I can put up with it no problem for all the money i am saving versus cogeco

    Hey @cogeco, we’ve had an outage in K7L 4V1 since this morning and it just keeps extending by an hour every hour. The latest ETA looks like 9:30ish — can we actually expect connectivity again today?
