Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. Dan D'Alessandro (@ddalessandro) reported@cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!

Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.
