@Bell @Bell_Support for cutting off my internet at my current address because I ported my home phone number ahead of a move. And thanks for having your customer loyalty/retention team call us 2 days before to confirm they would not cutoff internet! Moving to @cogeco feels good!

@cogeco My Crescent was in expansion plan for fiber line I have registered online and gave permission. I was out for a while and cogeco team came and dis cabling every single house on my crescent except mine. Very bad service.

@cogecohelps @cogeco even after getting a new router and calling tech support multiple times, the wifi still isnt working.. wow.. how can we do school and work remotely now. unacceptable
