    @cogeco trying to reinstate my mother's (who has dementia) cable. She canceled it in error. She doesn't know her PIN for obvious reasons but FYI - your service agent hung up on me before I could explain why I didn't have the PIN. Do better.

    @secure_gateway @bellcanadalies @cogeco Funny. If billing errors were random, they’d forget to charge you occasionally, but that never happens. It’s always an error to the upside.

    @cogecohelps Everytime we contact cogeco on this you come up with a new one and it can't be that every channel has this problem most shows were showing as 2012 instead of 2021 we should get rebates for all the screw ups

    @Mixed_A_Track Tho the most infuriating tech support call of my entire life was years ago with Cogeco when I called with "Hi, I can't refresh my IP" and after two separate calls, one dropped, an hour on hold, a half hour of troubleshooting - "Have you tried refreshing your IP?"

    @Hi__Her @cogeco It boggles my mind, thanks for the reach out, 2022, frustrating that they get away w/that kinda crap. How can they think I’d pay them that much money in advance? Hoping anyone has any ideas that would work faster?

    @idkkailz @cogeco I was using vmedia up in north bay and they were a dream to deal with + didn’t charge me a fee to cancel when I moved back 3 months later

    @cogeco again your @SSCtv channel is not working. This is the second time in a couple of wks. Soon I’ll want some money back as it’s the channel I watch the most.

    Is Cogeco the worst internet provider? Or are they all the same? My WiFi signal seems to drop intermittently more days than not.

    @cogeco why does your episode service suck so much ? I've never had services in my life as unreliable as cogeco. 8 outages on 1 week TV that doesn't work almost ever
