If so you click on connections and wan then edit then where it says primary dns you click manual and enter 8.8.8.8 then where it says secondary dns set it to 8.8.8.4 then save. It will restart your modem then you will have access again

John Dennis (@JAD216) reported@CHEXNewswatch It came back on , but it is slow response. I would think that it may be by-passed the issue for repair thus becoming SECOND in line to host of Internet space. Seems every winter there is a fiber line cut or damaged beyond Cogeco's control.
