    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?

    Previewing second-quarter earnings season for Canadian telecommunications companies, Scotia Capital’s Maher Yaghi made these target changes: BCE Inc. (BCE-T +2.86% increase, “sector outperform”) to $39 from $41, Quebecor Inc. (QBR-B-T +1.08% increase, “sector perform”) to $63.50 from $58, Rogers Communications Inc.     @cogeco Don’t go here we have an outage at out place after being connected 24 hours ago bad fibre line. Fix yaaaaa right wait two weeks and they may have soemone out to fix IT. STAY AWAY

    @cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

    Cogeco went down, others are over loaded as people grab hotspots. Or so someone posted on here.
