My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@cogecohelps Thank you @cogeco for making changes to your schedule to send a technician to fix my internet. He changed the modem and no more bad internet. Credit where credit is due. I am very happy that you at least have empathy towards the customer and tried your best.

@cogecohelps 1st 2 days of service with #cogeco and no devices delivered. Blame gets put on Canada Post even though you guys could be sending trucks out for same day delivery but you want to have better margins for Q4. Already missing @FibreStream and thinking about @StarlinkPage

@cogeco Hey, so I moved my modem and I did not look at the attention sign and it said that "moving this modem from address where initially installed, compromise 9-1-1 functionality", any idea how to fix it? P.S I tried putting a paperclip in the reset hole and I did it for 1/2

@GenaroLuiz @cogeco Same!! No internet since 30 mins! Customer service ppl are always busy as usual. Call in waiting since 15 mins so annoying!!
