My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

As a long-standing, unhappy @cogeco customer, one part worked really well. @stingraymusic. Now, for the same money, I get the to listen to commercials. I can upgrade. For a price. Someone should regulate these protected oligopolies that screw their customers.

If what I’m hearing about @Bell fibre internet is true (currently installing in my neighbourhood) that I can get 1.5GB/940Mbps for $50 per month, then @Cogeco is in trouble or will need to up their service and value A LOT. I’m paying more than that for only 120Mbps downloads.

@cogecohelps Today EAS showed up on my PVR box once again but the screen was black as before with no sound or messages. Nothing was done to fix this. My iPhone let me know it was an amber alert. Thanks for the useless EAS system Cogeco.
