    My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

    @kimmieM1973 @chillie2 Cogeco in Ontario right? Its another ******* province wide outage. This just happened a few days ago. We hate Bell and just broke down and called them for set-up. Sick of it, kids can hardly learn properly at home as it is!!!!

    @cogecohelps @rivermeredith Acquired Cogeco last Sunday. This is the third outage in 5 days. I need to guess and search for information, you don’t take calls... this is an absurd.

    @eesa_rahim @McclaskinAshley @cogeco I called them over 12 times, every time they said I shouldnt get a bill and my account was closed, then a bill would come. Terrible service from bell I would never go back ever

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Sandra. Unfortunately that’s not helpful for my kids who have missed their classes today. If you could get this system functional so it won’t go down every time school classes start that would be great.

    @bluechick08 @JraigeJoe @cogeco 2) they said we only have you on file as being with us for 1 year... I said we moved last year they said yes thats why, I said that isn't how billing works! I've paid you for service for 10 years that doesn't change because you change my account #
